Ordered this gift for a Christmas gift well in advance. However, the product didn't arrive until 1/3/2021. Which is totally ok because I get it. It's important for us folks to use patience. Shipping is out of the vendors hands. I just received my gift and I LOVE it! VERY thankful. And thankful for the communication from Family Gifts Co.!
The canvas/product I ordered was a birthday gift for my mom and she loved it! It is currently hanging in our family room and many people have commented on the quality and the product in general. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to customize the layout and what would be printed on the canvas easily and there were no concerns during this process. During the process of making and shipping the canvas, I received an appropriate amount of emails and updates. Canvas was delivered in the time range that was promised! Overall, I was pleased with the product itself but also Family Gifts Co for making this process easy, simple, and creating a great product/canvas!
This company could not handle the influx of Christmas orders.
They have been unavailable by phone the entire time. I have been checking on my order, a Christmas gift, and was told it was being produced on Dec 18th. Then I was sent an email that it shipped Dec 23. All email replies keep saying it is in production. The reality today when they opened up phones lines is that they haven't started it yet. I asked for a full refund. I would have preferred honesty that they couldn't deliver the product on time. Don't send an email that it has shipped, when you haven't started it yet. Bad business.

I ordered Nov 29,2020 arrived on Dec 31,2020. Needless to it arrived after christmas. My wife was very upset and crying. This late arrival has led to many arguments. Missing Christmas day was horrifying for her. I can't think of any ways to make it up to her. This has been the worst Christmas EVER...
She loved this was for my granddaughter and her partner, and she was very touching, they were both thrilled as they have just moved into their own home

The final product was amazing what they did. The picture is beautiful. They do wonderful work. There was a small part that they could not fix, but otherwise wonderful.
So far great-hope this custom order works out! We hope we get it in time for Christmas!
The product received was wonderful! The only issue was with delivery. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the item. Communication initially was limited with no updates, but then I received an email from the CEO stating that there had been an issue with the item getting to the delivery service and it had been lost, BUT that they were expediting my replacement item. They did that and my item was received within 3 days. So overall, I was pleased and would order again!

I placed several orders for Christmas gifts, all were ordered October 29,2020. I received two canvas that were correct, but the third was incorrect. Wrong names. I contacted customer service and they stated that they would issue a replacement canvas. It is now January 4,2021 and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT REPLACEMENT! I was so upset, customer service kept assuring me that the canvas was in process... well that was obviously not true. They issued a partial refund for my inconvenience but that still does not make up for the fact that I placed an order in October for delivery before Christmas, they made an error and there was absolutely no priority made to getting me my replacement. Terrible customer service that gives numerous excuses as to why they are behind in their orders. I will never order again and there are PLENTY of rival companies that offer similar products. I would recommend that if you need a Christmas gift to order now... maybe you'll be lucky and receive it prior to December.

The whole issue however was that I placed this order on 11/23 and confirmed artwork on 11/24. I received an email on 12/1 stating my order had shipped and the label showed created with Fedex on 12/1. That should have been plenty of time to get to me and I could then ship it to my mother-in-law for her Christmas present. I sent an email to your company on 12/8 as it still showed that only the label had been created. I received a response back on that same day with the shipping information. Obviously, I already had that. I asked again on 12/8 about it being in a status of only a label being created and received no response. I sent another email on 12/10 and received Dem's response on 12/14 which was AFTER the shipment finally showed movement on 12/11.
Your website states that I should have received my order within 10 - 14 days. I should have received my order on or around 12/8. That would have left me plenty of time to then wrap and ship it out. Now, since the expected delivery date is 12/15, which it won't be delivered on that day due to it still being in Texas and I'm in South Dakota, I'm going to have to pay a bunch extra to ship it in time to arrive for Christmas.
If someone would have actually looked at my email from 12/8 or actually done their job and confirmed the order shipped back on 12/1, it wouldn't be costing me all this extra money and time.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
