Unsatisfactory, did not get the correct product I ordered after a 7 week wait. 2 1/2 weeks late for my Wife's Christmas Present.
Ordered five weeks before Xmas; got e-mail after Xmas advising order had been lost; order finally arrived on Jan 12th without the frame which I had also initially purchased along with the print. Enough said.
Took 1 month to receive due to shipment getting lost.
Order back on November 30th. Just received on January 13th. Two different tracking numbers. I know there was issues with orders being lost. Quality of product is very good.
I thought that the reason the price was pretty high was because of the wooden backing, states "ready to hang." Instead I got the print rolled up, which caused wrinkles and now need to try to find a frame for it to fit in, which is not what I wanted at all. I wanted it to be like the photos on the website.
I ordered my item on December 9th from Family Gifts Co. Their Production team/process, needs serious help. It took them a long time to complete each of the revisions... 3 to 4 days for each. They had to do 3 revisions and final approval was given on December 21st. By now I know it's not going to get here for Christmas. Okay. I can wait. I did order it in December. Their customer service is atrocious tho. Response to emails is either within an hour or it takes 3 to 4 days. And they lie about the progress that is supposedly being made. Received an email TWICE, a week apart, saying that it's in production. Received an email saying the FedEx info had been transmitted on January 6th. On the 13th, that hasn't changed... just transmitted and nothing else. I sent another email and got the response saying:
"Thanks for reaching out! I have received an update from our production team and unfortunately, they've confirmed that the product was lost in transit. We will be reshipping another package to the address we have on file. The reprint will take 14-19 days, let me know if this works for you."
If you look at other reviews, this is a VERY common complaint about this company. They say exactly the same thing about other orders not completed.

Ordered a digital print for my wife for Christmas in mid November. Dec 2 got notification and a Fed X tracking number but showed "pending" which means only a label printed. Never received the print. Asked for my money back, they gave me 50% off if I wait. On Jan 12 I called they sent me another Fed X tracking that said "pending" from the 5th of Jan. All they do is string you along and lie to you. I did get the rest of my money or so they say it will take 3-5 days. Of course, they have had my 300 for two months.
Delays in order has been awful. When I ordered in early December, I was not prepared for such delays.
I completed my order the first of December with delivery by December 31st. Received an email December 23rd stating the product was shipped. I paid extra for VIP order treatment. The order was to be delivered in 10-14 days. January 8th, I reached out asking for an update I am now past even the 14 day delivery. I was told that it hadn't even shipped yet, so there is no tracking number. I'm now continually only told to wait another 24-48 hours for an update. This company is a complete scam. At best, unable and unwilling to provide you the product you purchased. Don't order from this company.
Ordered two pictures, one for my daughters family and one for my son's family. The one for my son was from a photo I sent in. Both were great. I was able to proof the custom one and make changes. Very nice people to work with.

I purchased a print on November 27th for my parents as a Christmas gift. They never received it and I get a voicemail upon calling customer service.
If I could give no stars I would waste of time and money I was promised my order by Christmas that's why I went with this company no communication to tell me it was going to be late I had to contact them only by email you can't get a phone call and it's Jan 10 no item still they refuse to give me a refund because it's custom and don't know where my item is

Bad business warning! Don't place order unless you don't care about receiving merchandise. Apparently my order placed on 11/30/2020 was "lost with a batch of other prints, so they say..." I'm still waiting for order. I've attempted contacting customer service and when they reply, I reply to said reply and get nothing back EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have no idea if the print is coming or when. At this time I'll probably have to file a dispute with bank to get money back. With all these "lost orders" I think this company needs to be reported to BBB.

I placed an order on 11/26 for a Christmas present to my wife. On 12/24 I inquired where it was at and received a form letter with a tracking link and a message telling me the "Good News!" that it was on the way. Tracking informed me that it was at "label created" on 12/2. Useless! Another email got me a very generic "Sorry" and that it had been lost and would not be arriving in time for Christmas (received that email on Christmas) but would ship soon. "Soon" turned out to be 12 days later when it finally shipped on 01/05. Soon is not 12 days for a gift that was already weeks late. My last TWO emails have still not even been responded to.
This has been one of the most miserable online shopping experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this company or their products to anyone. I am disgusted by the impersonal and generic responses to my concerns and even more so by the lack of responses. I see a lot of positive reviews for this company. No doubt when things go smoothly, they are as good as any other. Pray you are not the exception, because you will see the other side. I think a company is defined by how they handle difficult situations. I wish I could give this one less than 1 star.
I have fallen in love with the products of the Family Gifts Company! I made an initial order not knowing what to expect, but after receiving my first order, I have since placed 3 additional orders! The canvases are as beautiful as they look online, made with quality and truly make for a great personalized gift for family and friends! Today I called customer service with a question. It was so nice to simply get a live person on the phone within a minute! She was pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much! Ordered a print with family names and premium frame. After the shipping problems it arrived late, but was still in time for Christmas. However after opening, there was a spot with a missing image, so the canvas was showing from behind. But worse was the shard hardware protruding through the canvas. Sent 4 emails now, with images, and no response. Honestly, I would have been happy with a replacement, but no contact back is not acceptable for any business.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
