Ordered mine, it was delivered within a week and a half, Fed Ex delivered and text me as the product arrived. Brought it upstairs and I absolutely love it, my fiancé loves it, all the kids love it, I will definitely recommend this company as they stand by what they say. I purchased the largest canvas they had available with 8 names on it. Well worth it.
I ordered the Ocean Dock Color Multi-Names Premium Canvas 36 x 24 for my wife's 50th birthday, which is in mid December. Canvas arrived, well packed, slow delivery. We opened it on her birthday, she loved it, however they printed it on a damaged piece of canvas. There were 2 large puncture holes in the canvas from rear to front. Easy to tell the holes were there prior to shipping. Problem 1, lack of QA. Problem 2, customer service was nearly non-existent to have the item replaced, although their website claims 100% customer satisfaction. It took a little over a month to finally get a replacement canvas in hand. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.
This was the first time i ordered through this company. I ordered a canvas picture from them but it never arrived for christmas. I was disappointed and they credit me 100% back without any hassel. Well a month later i recieved unexpectedly the picture in the frame. I'm 100% Very satisfied with the quality. I called them and they said to keep the picture and the refund as that was their way of saying they were sorry for the delay. I ordered my picture before Christmas. With all the mail issues through the holidays we just received the portrait. First, it is beautiful and well worth the wait. Second, this company has been wonderful about communicating issues and delays. They have been very attentive to our concerns and in the end went above and beyond. Back in November I ordered a print for my wife as an anniversary present, when it finally did arrive it was not backlit as ordered. A week later when I finally got a response from customer service they offered to send a replacement that was correct. I work in customer service myself so i know things happen sometimes. I said yes, please send me a replacement in leu of my money back. That was back on December 7th. Today i finally received the replacement, same thing. Not backlit as i order it and paid extra for it initially. Customer care and production procedures are lackluster at best! Save yourself some headache and frustration and use a different company!
My experience was pretty good. But the shipping was definitely slow. More than the normal timeframe but they did send me a little credit back for having to wait.

I enjoy the beautiful canvas, but waiting two months to get my order was crazy. It was way almost a month after Christmas when we ordered it in November.
I ordered an LED canvas as a gift for my best friend. I paid almost $100 dollars for it. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was just a plain canvas! I contacted via email because you can't speak with anyone and they offered me $15 credit! This was their mistake and they didn't take responsibility! I will never use them nor should anyone else!
I placed my order and never received it. I had to email several times and then asked for a refund. Was refunded and was told they were still sending my order in addition to my refund and still haven't received anything. The shipping tracking has never changed from information regarding the shipping to fedex (shipping label created) SUPER BUMMED! This was a Christmas gift for my husband... FYI I placed my order Dec 2,2020.

Consumers: Be aware that this company does not live up to their mission statement. The service they provide is not expedient at all. Two weeks before Christmas I purchased in full a canvas and was told that if I made the purchase when I did, the product would be delivered by Christmas(False Advertisement). Once the purchase was made, three days later I received an email saying that my order had been received and my order was "On it's Way"(2nd lie). A week after that, I received an email saying that my order was in production. By this time I'm confused by the ordering, production and shipping process so I send an email asking pertinent information regarding my order. I was given the run around and my questions went unanswered. After a second email I was then given an expected delivery date and tracking. Only to wait 5 days after that expected delivery date and to check tracking, the tracking number doesn't exist with UPS or FedEx. I am extremely irritated at this point and this is my only recourse to inform the company how bad their services are because the number on their website doesn't work. What a waste of my time and money. Stay away from this company and their promises!
Today, I received an unexpected gift in the mail. My Dec 6th ordered canvas! I was not expecting it, since I actually cancelled the order. I am extremely please! The beauty and quality of this item is top notch. I sincerely believe FGC feels horrible with the issues incurred with many of our orders and this was a beautiful gesture to make it right—and my wife loves it. We will definitely order from them again.

After my recent unpleasant encounter how this company does business with broken timely shipping promises, and I had expressed my dissatisfaction on my prior review, it is only fair for me to update my review after Family Gifts refunded my money and apologized for the shipping issues it had during the holiday season. Customer care seemed sincere with their apology and for this I will give it a 3 star. I hope they learned a lesson of not giving their customers the run around if they want to stay in business.

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
