I made an order roughly 10 days prior to Christmas - I hoped that it would arrive before Christmas but in reality expected to still be happy with my order if within a week after Christmas. Took over 2 months to get what I ordered. Took so long I had forgotten that I even bought it.
Also - it fell about 3 feet. That short fall caused the frame to be bent and the canvas to be stretched to where it now looks pretty bad.
It didn't even come with a string, for the money I wouldn't purchase them again. Although everything was correct, shipping time wasn't too bad either!
My 2 orders took A LOT longer than told, almost 2 weeks longer. My emails said delivered and wasn't. Customer service said it was still being processed. One order was wrong and they did make a new one. I won't order from here again.

I ordered two items a day apart which at the time were to arrive just before Christmas. Though I tried to get info regarding items it was almost impossible to reach a person. Both my items arrived after Christmas one was a two days late the other was two weeks late and arrived with the printers stamps all over it. I had to take pics and prove they screwed up. Two weeks later I got the right print. My experience was all around a nightmare.
This item was nothing like it was described or like the photos showed. Imagine discovering that after waiting over 6 weeks to even receive the product. Very frustrating and I will never order from this company again!

The issue I had, was with the communication pertaining to delivery date and shipping. Was very confusing, as I was sent an email, saying it had already shipped, when it had not. Took overall about a month to recieve. Otherwise, was a beautiful gift! I will probably be a repeat customer!

Great company they solve issues as quickly as they can. My item was lost & they reprinted a new one and shipped it to me with no problem.
I ordered two picture frames for each family with the names on them and they were absolutely gorgeous they came out perfect. My mom absolutely loved it because it had all us kids names on them and she hung it over her bed and it looks wonderful and my boyfriend has his with all his kids on it
To be honest, I have not seen this in person however, I sent it to two people as gifts. They both told me they absolutely love it!

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
