This experience has been wonderful, the canvas came huge with a beautiful black framing along the side. For the size it was nice and lightweight, able to handle yourself and hang up yourself. It looks perfect in our living room, bedroom or even our now upgraded dining room (usually I would feel weird putting a canvas in our dining room, but I was really impressed with the quality, so that's where it's hanging now lol)

I am very satisfied with the product I ordered from Family Gifts Co. It was very simple and I received the item not long after placing the order.
4 days After placing an order they sent me an email that it was shipped with a tracking number that belonged to a previous order. When I kept inquiring they kept sending the same automated message. Then they said my order hasn't been made yet, then they said it is being set up, then it's shipping again, then it's on back order due to the volume they get, then they said it was damaged during manufacturing and had to remake it. When I threatened them with reporting it to consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau, my order miraculously arrived in 2 days. Had to wait over a month all together. I'll never order again and I will tell anyone considering this company to forget it.

I ordered twice. The first time was ok. It took 3 weeks, this for expedited service of course. The second time took 6-8 weeks and a re-order because they claimed their shipper lost it, again for expedited service which is non existent. Be wary of this company. Lots of promises, none kept.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
