I only received a part of my order before Christmas and I did not get all my gifts until late January. It almost ruined the first Christmas away from my family. We wanted a gift that we could all share for the rest of our lives. Weeks later, I received the final part of my gift. At no time was I offered a refund, which I felt was deserved as well as what I ordered.

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
