Do not purchase from this company. They automatically charge your card without permission. I have reported them for this. They say that you enrolled in a VIP service, which I did not. It was a one of purchase. After several requests for proof of this, they have not been able to provide this information. Avoid.
When you buy a product here, they automatically take 25euros from your bank account every month without permission! You then end up with unwanted "credits" to spend only at Falinas. Beware of this scam company!

Sneaky practices where they charge your card monthly with 40€ for an automatic "VIP membership" (as soon as you press "order") that you don't get informed about in advance or after.
As far as I'm concerned, this "membership" doesn't do anything except charge you.
Costumer service non-existent. Phone number doesn't work. Only way to "cancel", aka keep them from stealing your money, is to deactivate your card.
Never ever trust this company with your payment details. Called my bank and Falinas is already known to them for these shady and illegal practices.
Will reach out to the police to report them and hope you'll do the same, if you have been screwed over by them too. They need to be taken down.

You become a VIP customer when you purchase anything but what you are actually doing is agreeing to Falinas taking 37 euros from your account EACH month for this privilidge. I paid them a total of 170 euros and for that I got a credit for 59.05 and no goods. I can use my credit of 59.05 to purchase cosmetics at inflated prices.

Avoid at all costs, this website is a scam. I made an order and as soon as the money was taken from my card the order was cancelled. The order was cancelled before I even received the email confirming the order, but of course after the money was gone.
When I asked the chat assistant about it they claimed a refund had been made, despite no refund being received. When challenged then then claimed it -takes the bank days to make a refund (which is factually untrue). I also asked where this company is based and the assistant repeatedly refused to tell me - firstly claiming it was on the website and to find it myself, then claiming he is unable to give out this information (despite claiming it is publicly available on their website).
The fact that this order was cancelled within moments of the money being taken shows that the product they are selling was never available for sale - which is fraud.
I also asked the chat assistant to delete all my personal data, which was a concept that confused him as he repeated said I 'wouldn't be charged further'. A real company understands GDPR and data protection laws - something which was these people don't (more evidence this is a fraudulent site).
Please don't consider touching this website unless you want your money stolen and fraudsters to have your personal data.

I ordered once, it automatically top up with 37 Euros per month. When I noticed, 74 Euros are topped already. Then I made the order to use that 74 credits and cancelled the subscription. One month later, it charged me again with 37 euros, and the tracking shows the package is returned to the sender and I have never got any notification to pick up the package.
I gave up, and they earned 110 euros for free!

I purchased some perfume using my credit card just over a year ago as a gift to my wife. I have only recently found out that as a result of this purchase they have debited my credit card with £24.90 each month for the past twelve months. It appears we overlooked a poorly publicised term of purchase that Falinas would debit the credit card unless we declined the offer within 14 days of our purchase. I regard this as very sharp practice as clearly I did not see any warning to this effect on subsequent emails or subsequent debit payments. Felinas now say they have credited my account with them with far less money than they debited and I am reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent transactions. Falinas in fact now owe me £298.80

I ordered some perfume & in fairness, the perfume arrived OK.
HOWEVER, a couple of weeks later I saw a debit for £23.11 to Falinas on my credit card. When I contacted their customer services department, they said I had signed up for a 'VIP-Account' with certain benefits. I did not sign up for this and they refused to make a refund. Accordingly, I have taken this up with my credit card company.
Terrible company, terrible customer services (who wouldn't issue a refund even when I haven't received any goods?)
If you don't want to be involved in a tiresome battle, I would make your purchases elsewhere
BTW: How do they get so many good reviews? They bribe you to give a review even before you have received the goods. Trustpilot should take note, and then take action.

This website is a fraude!
They give you a special offer of sneakers for 3 euros, but you never receive them. It turns out to be a contest.
By participating in this "contest", you silenty become a VIP member. We found this out after more than a year, when we saw they have been charging our Credit Card with approx 40 euro per month.
All the communication is intentionally vague, trying to lure you into a scam.
We contacted supported and they offered us a (partial) refund if we remove the review. This is like bribing! They do not want anybody to find out their fraudulous and unethical practices.
Do not believe the 4.5 star rating at trust pilot. Look closer to the bad experiences that other people had. The good reviews cannot be genuine!

The only way I could get falinas' correct email address was to go back to their original invoice, where it was correctly displayed. I had to continue to email them, with my argument that I had not enrolled as a "member". In the end they finally agreed to charge me their inflated 'retail' price for my purchase in exchange for a small refund. So I ended up paying about £20 to £30 more for the product through them than if I had bought elsewhere. You have to persist to get even this small consolation. You also have to tell your bank or card provider to cancel all payments to falinas, and if you can, 'de-register' your unwanted "mambership."
