I ordered two things off this site in the past, you have to subscribe to the site and make an account to purchase, what they don't tell you is that it's a monthly payed subscription, which apparently is in the ‘terms and conditions' (which no one reads anyway) and not mentioned anywhere else on the site and when you tell them to refund they refuse, surprised no one has taken them to court, they robbed €50 off me without my knowledge/consent. Never again.
Send already several mails to customer service, they keep on telling the order is shipped. Delivery was betwee 2 - 7 working days, I ordered on 01/03 and today we are 22/03... so please avoid ordering, you are not sure of getting the products!

The ordering was satisfactory, no problems with postage etc. However, I just checked my bank balance and Falinas have billed my credit card for a further €24.95. The reason is to remain in their "VIP Club". This may suit some regular buyers of cosmetics but in my case it was a one-off purchase. Their customer service refused to refund me because I didn't opt out. The tactic is clearly a way to build up a loyal customer base... I certainly won't be buying from them again.

Like many people, I was scammed by this company, by the automatic debit of 24.95 Euros for several months.
This is a hidden subscription. It is totally abject and illegal, particularly when we know that beyond 25 euros, the distance selling site would be obliged to provide an invoice.
The desire to withdraw sums without awakening the vigilance of customers is obvious.
These are dishonest, deceptive and aggressive business practices, only intended to lead to decisions that we would not have made if the presentation of the site had been clear and honest.
I plan to proceed to legal actions with French and European consumer defense organizations.
I can't stand this scam.

I should have read the reviews! My product was perfectly satisfactory and the price was good (but not great). Like many another I did not know I was signed up to their VIP club. They took money 2 moths ago and I complained and they said they would cancel my membership but they have taken money again. My credit card company is not being helpful so I may end up having to cancel the card. No sign of getting my money back either.

I stumbled upon this site through a search for a specific perfume. It ranked as one of the cheapest but when I clicked into the site I got another amazing discount applied meaning that I could buy a bigger bottle for the same price as other sites were charging for the smaller bottles.

It is a scam. They propose two prices: 1. Normal & 2. VIP.
If you go for VIP, they will debit your card every month for EUR 39.90 without notifying you (first time 2 weeks after your first purchase) - they call it 'their business model'. They have it well hidden in their 'Terms and Conditions' if you're lucky enough to find it on their website.
When I asked them to return EUR 39.90 back to me, they said they would do it under the condition that I delete or change my review first!
They claim to have an office based in Denmark, their telephone number has a UK country code (+44) but when you call that call centre - they don't even know what Falinas is!

IMPORTANT: Company registered in Denmark and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in the Netherlands already have apparently many complaints from different countries about Falinas.
Read the report carefully, they clearly establish that it is illegal to hide in the fine print that when purchasing a product you are accept a hefty subscription.

The theft company ordered the perfume two months ago as they claim to have sent it and do not know where it is. I have received 3 case numbers and every time I call they say something new. I have been requesting a return from it for two weeks but nothing has been sent yet. After one order, what cost me 15,50. I was automatically subscribed on their VIP-program which costed 24,95. As a new member the discount with a VIP-membership is average of 48% but as a member the discount is way less. Be careful or stay far, far away.

I have purchased an item on Falinas at what seemed a reasonably good price and accepted the condition of founding a small account to make regular purchases. For some time, though, I did not need to buy anything but I regularly checked my account and did not see anything strange. All of a sudden last December I noticed that the balance has suddenly been reduced to half of the former value and enquired. Falinas claims that in their terms and conditions, what they call "credits (your money in practical terms) has a three months expiry date, after which it disappear in thin air. Apparently this company believes that if they take your money, convert it to "credits" they are allowed to make it disappear and seem to be convinced that the fact that they write something in their terms and conditions make it legal. I am starting a class action against them but I would like to make everybody aware of the risk of purchasing anything from them.

Bought 1 item and within 14 days there was 24.95 taken from my bank account without my knowledge. They automatically sign you up for a monthly fee of 24.95 without your knowledge! And whats worse is you cannot receive a refund as they convert your money to points making a refund impossible in there eyes

While making your purchase you have to agree to become a vip member... What's hidden in the terms is that being a vip member, means you agree to paying 25 euro's forward to your "balance", to make future purchases. This is not voluntary. When you don't want to purchase anything, money will not be refunded and you balance expires in 6 months time. In other words, they will take 300 euro's yearly, wether you purchase anything or not.
They only accept credit card, so it will be charged automatically.

When I bought a product back in March they automatically enroll me into their membership of 24.95 euros per month and when I realized it I asked for a refund that they refused to make saying that I should have read the t&c on the order confirmation when I payed for the item! I have been reminded that it was my fault for not terminating my subscribtion after the purchase (which I didn't know I had to do!) and the only way of using the credit accumulated over months - where I didn't receive anything in exchange because I haven't bought a anything else - was using it against their products! Customer service experience was less than poor and I feel like I was tricked! This is a company that make money on honest but naives people like me!
