I ordered an item for just under £2 then paid P&P and was very satisfied with the product, however, I was then charged €25 a month on my debit card until I was made aware by my bank...
There was no chance of getting that money back, so I ordered items leaving a credit of around €13, thinking I would spend that €13 at a later date and I cancelled the direct debit (& therefore my membership) so my balance went down to zero!
Falinas's own products are quite nice, particularly their Aloe Vera items but unless you're prepared to spend €25 a month, every month (& lose your balance if you cancel) I'd give it a miss.
They deduct as they wish and cover it with their stupid vip membership. Your money will be turned into credit points and you cannot get your money back. This company emailed me pretending to be DHL. They wanted money as additional postage towards an international parcel I was expecting. I paid the money as I thought I was a genuine email from DHL, it was shown as falanis.co.uk on bank statement, they are refusing to give me the money back.

I did my shopping 2 months ago in that site. After 3 months I wrote them to inform my packages did not arrive and their reply was some shipment problem because of cargo agency. They offered my credits to re-order. They cancelled my 1st order and gave credit on my account to shopping. After I did my shopping, the same happened and ı did not take any order. It's a trick. It is NOT a good value.
This 'hip, modern, beauty site' doesn't have an Instagram page. In fact, it has ZERO social media presence. Let that sink in. A company in today's world that can't be found anywhere on social.
Why is that? There is only one really good reason not to be on social these days - you have something to hide. Honestly, they wouldn't be in business. They would have little to no brand equity with all the negative reviews from angry customers.
Angry customers you ask? How can that be?
They get access to your banking details via the T&Cs knowing full well that, statistically, people don't read T&Cs.
They then debit your account monthly 'membership fees' which they convert into credits. (You gave them authority by ticking the T&Cs)
But, you can never get that money refunded. (You agreed by ticking the T&Cs)
They espouse generosity - they send a sorry-to-see-you-go email. Don't worry... "Your credits will be saved and you can still use them any time you wish."
But, this isn't true either. After 90-days, your credits are invalid. (But, you agreed to this by ticking the T&Cs)
Customer service is ineffective; T&Cs are ridiculously one-sided.
It's a sham, scam, scheme. Sophisticated and quasi-legal.
Do yourself a favour - spend a little bit more and shop somewhere else. It'll save your bank account in the long run.

They sent me a SMS stating that a package which I ordered got stuck at the Customs Office and I had to pay 2€ by doing so you automatically subscribe to a VIP-Membership which costs 37€ each month and if you want to cancel your membership you have to wait at least 24 hours. In addition to that their FAQ states that you have a "Freemium" membership for 14 days but mine would only last 5 days.

I ordered one item with this company about 4 months ago. I had to register with them to finish the purchase so I did.
Fast-forward to a few days ago, I realised that this company of "honest" people has been charging me almost 22 euros EVERY month since then. They took the liberty to turn on an auto top up service I DID NOT authorise. I've got now 72 "credits" that the costumer service says it's NON refundable!

Be careful with this site, it is a scam to keep your money!
I bought a perfume about a year ago. I was automatically enrolled in a whatever VIP program without my proper consent.
As of that month, € 39.90 per month was deducted from my credit card, claiming it would be "credits". Now I HAVE NEVER GIVEN AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS!
