Nightmare to get hold of an actual person to deal with an order that never arrived. After months of trying they told me my order had 'expired therefore zi couldn't get my money back, even though I had never received what I paid for AND they had never sent me some kind of code to activate my order. Terrible chaotic system and they point blank refused to refund me. AVOID WOWCHER AT ALL COST - they are basically thieves.

I purchased an item for £1.27 from Falinas and they subsequently began taking around £25 from my account monthly without my express permission. By the time I noticed they had fleeced me of nearly £100 and I have nothing to show for it. Absolutely tamping mad. They are a revolting company with underhand tactics. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
