My grandfather is 78 years old, he just uses his phone to check messages. He is not going to buy makeup thing on this website! And now he found there were fishy transactions on his bank account, 205.19 USD in March and April. They said those cannot be refunded! I wonder how this website gets my grandfather's credit card information!

They are a sophisticated fraud company. First, they tricked you to activate the VIP pass and then if you want to cancel it they don't even return your money. They said if you cancel within 14 days we will return your money but they don't. Second, they sent me my parcel after many days and the quality was soo bad. I don't even know what to do with that.
They also saved my credit card information without even telling me and I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

You can check their website and it's full of lies, you can't even see the reviews because there is no review functionality and they just show you the fake rating.

Scammers that get you into a membership subscription you didn't ask for, Ive lost 180 euros worth of payments before i noticed what was happening. Refund is not possible, and resigning your subscription is enormously difficult. Honestly, all positive reviews on this website are bots or company accounts because this falina people are just common thieves.

Subscription scams

So tired of these companies that still do this. You are offered a huge discount coupon but have to create an account. But then you go to their website and everything is jacked up in price so no reals savings. Then I don't cancel the account after 3 days and end up getting billed $60 a month for nothing. So falinas wins but the potential customer is screwed for nothing. You would think they could at least offer some sort of credit on the account to save face. They don't care because the situation they created for me makes more money than the crummy products they sell. Their marketing/sales strategy is pretty straightforward. Lure people to your website to get them to sign up and hope they don't notice they are being charged for nothing. They don't care that it is unethical and pisses people off.

How can we stop them?

They charge you 47 euro for the Vip memebership you don't even realized that you agreed to be (their vip whatever) and charge 14 days after (every 14 days), using your credit card without your permission.
How is this possible? As I see reviews...they did it so many time and nobody can stop them. Crazy!

Total scam

Just a scam.
I ordered here because I found a product from a brand quite rare.
I showed you had to register but they offer free memberships (no more information shown)
What is my surprise that a few days later I have a charge of 47€ on my account!
I go to the website and see that they charge you automatically, change it for credits, force you to use them in less than 30 days or they expire.
I saw the option to cancel the next charge. What is my surprise that today I had ANOTHER automatic charge of 6.95€.
THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NOT CHARGING YOU!
And of course, no information shown when you make the action on their site

So far I've been charged 59.33€ for a shower gel of 2.38€ that I still haven't even received

A bunch of scammers

1stly,they charged me for VIP membership I haven't signed for- 37$. After multiple requests to return my money - the only variant
They gave me - to return to my account at their website. A month later I checked the account and there was no credit. Support said that they took MY money as fee since I haven't spent them. My requests to return- they said money is on account and when I sent them screenshot with visible amount 0.00 said that there is no way to return my money to me again, so …
So just like that, they took it.
Don't buy anything from these scammers! Stay away from them

I ordered a 30ml aqualina pink sugar perfume it was 6 something on sale. I got a confirmation email saying my tracking will be sent in another email 4 days went by and they sent me an email saying the order was cancelled and refunded because they were outta stock while I was waiting for my tracking email the scamming c**** tried to buy an item worth 47 euro now lucky i took out the money before hand to pay for a bill. Do not buy from this website your bank account will be wiped

Misled

I ordered smth then canceled immediately, apparently it was a subscription for something I did t even sign, without my knowledge. After a while I saw that 500 euro's was deducted from falinas. They offered 50 euro return! Im still laughing... I can hardly pay my bills... they still refuse to pay back.

I've order deodorants in glass bottles. Because of very poor packaging two of bottles came cracked, product was going out. Basically not possible to use it without hurting your hands. The only answer what I'm getting it's that product it's still inside so everything is fine. I didn't pay for cracked useless bottles and glass all over the box though. Horrible customer service, they can't admit that they did something wrong and its their fault..

Over 3 months waiting for my order, only to have it cancelled, after many many contacts from my side. Promised compensatory credits. UK account closed without warning, credits can't be used.
Promised credits in return for good reviews. Even if the prices are good, stay away. Pay a bit more and don't throw your money (and time) down the drain.

They automatically enroll you into their membership of 24.95 euros per month when you order anything. It takes them over 2 weeks to ship out an order. Customer support is vague and negligent. Don't ever use this website. Stick with Amazon & Ebay where your money and purchase is safe

Falinas lures you unwittingly into becoming a VIP member. This means they will monthly withdraw some 25 Euros from your credit card. I ordered 3 weeks ago and in spite of their repeated promises to send the articles, I have received NOTHING. They keep stalling, lying and leading me on with false promises. If you do get your order, you are lucky. Because I suppose in some cases, they do send the articles just to uphold a false sense of integrity; it's a strategy to prevent 100% negative reviews! But basically, this is a scam. Be warned and never order here!

Do not order anything from this site, they will take your card details and then charge you €25 per month thereafter. I bought 2 items a total value of €7.50, when you are browsing products it says 50% off making it look like the item is on sale, you then add it to your cart at that price and checkout, I then got an email saying I had registered for the VIP CLUB which after I looked into this on Trust pilot and google realised they would be charging €25 to my card every month. Nowhere at the checkout process is it made clear that there will be a monthly charge. I have sent 5 messages to their support email and all my messages have been ignored. I will now have to cancel my card do that they cannot scam further money from me. They are a disgrace and should not be legally allowed to trade like this.

I've ordered a product for 17€ that after 16 days is still not arrived. They write '*Charged once shipped'. Well it's false
Today I've discovered that they have charged on my credit card 37€, 10 days after the purchase, for a VIP membership I've never asked for and of which I've never received any communication about the amount.
It's a disgusting way of working, a scam and I believe the other reviews are fake.

This site is a huge scam!
At first you will join the VIP section because you want to buy something from them, just a one off, and it tells you it is cheaper this way. What you don't know is that you just agreed to pay them about 40 euros a month for this. The first month the money comes out your account and if you realise, then you speak to them and find out that you had to opt out of this and won't give you a refund. This ties you up to another purchase. Then you need to be alert to opt out every month or your money will be taken.
And to top this off: if you don't spend this money in 90 days they keep it - apparently this is written in some terms and conditions somewhere in a lost page cause I never knew! It doesn't even say this on the FAQ page.
So these people just stole my money and I am sure lots of others, please do not feed this type of scam by joining them!

I will be adding this review every day so that people do not get fooled by them!

The trust pilot reviews may be written by the company themselves as it is impossible that anybody would rate them this high.

Please look up other review on Google - everybody explains that it is a scam.

They charged for a cosmetic that we ordered to then charge 25 euros for we had no idea what! It turned out (upon reading reviews) that this is for a so called VIP membership that nobody asked for.

I have never come across anything like this. Will be reporting it to the consumer rights authority as this can easily be argued to be an unlawful and malicious practice.

We will also inform the bank and the police trying to get our money back!

Fraud company

They lure you into filling in your credit card number, place your order, and then pretend the item has shipped, but they do nothing but deduct your membership fee. When you waited more than a month for your express delivery and asked for a refund, they told you that you could only refund half of it.
