Kassandra is the only person in Fair that was proactive professional willing and ready to resolve the issue. The customer support phone number people just give a run around and NO SOLUTIONS. Kassandra is the type of employee fair needs.

I give my use of The Fair App a solid 9 out of 10. Their model has some serious potential and overall I enjoyed the swift and relatively easy car experience. Let me say first that the idea of not having to own or lease a car but still have one is really dope. That's why I checked it out in the first place and overall the app does exactly what it promotes. Things I Loved: The car search function is smooth the notifications for each step of the process need a little work. When I started the process of getting a vehicle different steps I wasn't notified about through the app or email I had to ask and they told me then where I was in the process. I. e. When you choose the car they first have to let you know if the car is actually at he dealership takes 24-48 hours. Mine took less than that but I didn't get a notification that I could move to the next step. I had to ask. Another was after I signed the paperwork the vehicle goes through an inspection. I wasn't notified of when the vehicle was ready until I asked. If I'm being honest
Their automatic payment system does not work. You will always have to call them to make your payment and provide your credit card number over the phone. Also
I was in desperate need of a car so I figured I give it a shot I downloaded the app submitted my info and picked a 2017 Nissan Versa an paid $700 down for it with extra mileage an insurance it took 15/25 minutes overall I picked up my car later that day I spent a total of 40 minutes in the dealership I can honestly say I don't get the bad reviews I haven't had a problem with the app or customer service my overall experience was awesome so far my only complaint would be that I wish I got approved for a bigger selection of cars if you need a car it won't hurt to give them a try
Keep trying to find a contact number or some sort of way to get help because it stops at the point you enter your number just keeps telling me to do it over and over again
I got a 2016 Nissan Rogue for only $220 a month and no contract - this is changing the entire leasing game! Amazing deal and now I have a new car. Love it.
I don't want to drive multiple hours to pick up a car and I don't trust "free delivery" so why is there no filter to only show cars in my actual city?

I live in New York City and there aren't any car listings that appear. If your willing to go out to other states near by such as NJ or PA then you can find a few. Anyway
No need for a long back story except to know that Fair has treated me like a friend and John G (Canoga Park) went out of his way to make sure I could not only keep the car I wanted by "re-contracting" but also spent the time to keep me activated on UBER so I could keep working! I went in today a bit early to unhappily turn in my car because I didn't extend the contract (my fault) and left 30 minutes later with the same car and everything I asked for! Thanks John and thanks FAIR!
This is literally the worse car leasing program you can sign up. Getting the car was easy but when it comes to the returns I noticed my status was still at "Confirming times" and by 4pm nothing had been confirmed. So I called to see when my car was being picked up and I was told between 4 and 6 on 10/29. NO ONE EVER CAME. I took 2 days off for this & no one came. I called again & they said "we'll have to reschedule" so I took an additional 2 days off 11/2 11/3 and 11/4. No one ever came. I called again & was rescheduled again. Took another 2 days off and no one ever came. Called and rescheduled again to 11/10. No one ever came. It's been TWO weeks of the back and forth and today when I called I found out that 1- the pickups don't happen on the weekend and they are not sure why I was rescheduled to a Sunday (as if that's my fault) and 2- I can be charged again if I still have the car by next bill cycle. The car has still not been picked up and it's scheduled for pickup on a whole other week later. The customer service is the worse. Everyone gives me different information and no one is able to do anything. It's like they purposely are waiting for you to be billed again in order to charge you. Save yourself. It's not worth it AT ALL."
I gave fair a 3 star rating because I choose to be generous. There's a miscommunication when it comes to how they do things. The process of me receiving the vehicle went smooth but as it came close for me to get my permanent tags is where the problem comes into play. I received the vehicle March 2. My tag expired May 1st & I'm still waiting on a response from the registration department. I called to change my address way before the time but they told me I had to change it at the 45 day mark then I did that after getting the run around & at the last minute then I'm told I was supposed to email them my new address. By then my tags were close to being out. Why is everyone not on the same page? So that was corrected but now here I am still no tags & riding around on a expired temp tag. I was told it's through the registration department but my thing is where are my tags even if they were sent to the wrong address. I e never went through this before with a vehicle & honestly it's a bit overwhelming & I'm just ready to be done with it.
I have somewhat bad credit. I had been denied at most places and the only place that would let me buy/lease a car would of ripped me off in interest. I had my down payment
Stacey and Tim were very pleasant professional they worked calmly and Kept a very peaceful relaxed atmosphere they walked me through every step of the process of getting the car taken ease off my mind I was stressed and worried when I came a little and they took all of the pressure off of me please promote them and give them a raise God bless you guys

This is how it should be! Had a BMW 535 in a freaking 36 month handcuff contract (Yeah I signed it - my bad) wanted to change the car and never got out... fair is the way it should be. Thank you!
The first day I tried to get a car I got to the lot at 10am. I was 13th in line and only 5 cars were available. I got there at 6am the next day and was the first in line. I got a car but anybody that gets there after 8am (they open at 10:30) won't get a car
