SFO- San Bruno

Been using fair for Uber since they started. Always used the sfo/San Bruno station for cars. Great service and great cars for an affordable price. Having maintenance and unlimited miles is a lifesaver

Stupid

First thing they ask is for your phone number to even use the app. If anyone's ever bought a car before the last thing you want to do is give a bunch of car dealers your phone number you will get 1000 calls a day from just looking at a car stupid app don't waste your time.

Great Experience

Jack at the Irvine lot was exceptional with customer service. Above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he help but he made me feel like I was the only customer there even though it was busy. Thank you Jack you're the best and thank you to the team as well!

The payment is always due but you can view it as a reasonable rental car instead of being shackled to Uber and ride sharing. The variety of vehicles available is amazing covering a spectrum of styles and capabilities. From compacts like a Yaris to SUVs for $100 to $160 a week. Hybrids too. Fair might even provide you an Uber ride to pick up your Fair vehicle within reason. In addition their phone and chat support reps are outstanding. They have answers to your questions

Amy went above and beyond to get me in the car I "love" excellent car good priced! Even responded to me on her days off! Night and day she was there for me! Treated me like I was her child she made sure I was happy! Fair is the way to go they really look out for there people

I was experiencing a rather unique situation with my Fair vehicle. None of the agents at the the Fair location (site) was of any help and it looked as if I would have to turn the vehicle back in with no hopes of entering into a different vehicle. I called the Fair concierge and was connected with a superb agent

Expensive?

I don't really get the point... is this just to rent a vehicle with no contract? Because these prices are pretty expensive and in the long run wouldn't make sense to waste your money. I see car commercials daily and this is significantly more than if you Go to the dealership and get it there. If it's for the idea of no contract then I guess I get it? But this app wouldn't be for everyone

Find another way to buy!

It looks good when you see it for first time but once you look in to it sue hung cars and see the mileage all the car they have and monthly payments is not fair. I was looking for Ford Mustang eco boost I like one of them it is 2016 the car mileage is ******* and monthly payments is $494. It's too much for that kind of mileage. I financed by my bank by brand new 2019 Ford Mustang eco boost premium for monthly payments $430. They are not good and I was read a lot of reviews it look like once you sign the paperwork and received a car they don't car. There is a lot of better ways to buy a car look an other ways before you get there car. The fact is you can't buy there car after 3 years you have to return it like a lease. If you want to lease a car it way chipper with the dealership also brand new car.

Great experience until the very end. Mass confusion on my final bill. Late fees and a second "final" bill. Then late fees. I would pay anything just to end it. Hate leaving one star since it was just the final phase

So far it's great!

So so signed up yesterday (Saturday)and started shopping. I love the idea of not being tied down to a car. I found a Mazda 6 that had everything I wanted in my next car. I submitted the order and had a confirmation and paperwork in less than an hour! The customer service had been great. I picked up my car this morning and everything was smooth. Was in and out in about 30 mins! This is how I will get all my cars from now on.

Bait and switch
November 5, 2017

Only a Moran would pay the ridiculous down payment for a used car and pay that high monthly rate. Let's face it there are way too many cars coming back from leasing companies right now. No wonder why manufacturers are throwing money at these new ideas. Their cars are devaluating fast. Drive out a new car out of the dealer and loose your shirt. Do your self a favor and buy a 3 year old 36k mile or less car for less then half the retail price. This app is a weak attempt to try to trick you to buy a car that no one wants. Auctions are full of these cars and no one is buying them

Uber drivers in SF Bay Area: read on. I was really impressed with the intelligent confusion or exception cases that we've all become accustomed to while renting rideshare cars. All the ""paperwork"" is done before you arrive so all there is to do is look at your vehicle and get your keys minimizing your wait time. 70 rides and the car's free and there's an additional bonus tier to replace Quest. If you're messing with Lyft's Express Drive or Hertz trust me it is not worth it anymore. Switch now to Fair-Uber and drive less for more money (bjywu if you need an Uber referral code and sign-on bonus). I have tried virtually every Uber and Lyft rental service (or con) under the sun: Enterprise Uber

Amazing!

Great experience: Instead of struggling with car dealers fair offers a fully digital service with fantastic flexibility. Shopping a car with a smartphone in the App is a completely new experience and works all the way through to signing the contracts. Thanks to Georg and his very supportive team for taking car shopping to a new level.

When I chose this company I thought how lucky am I. I booked the car and then I called them and spoke to customer service and they said I would receive the vehicle within 24 hours but instead I get a notification later saying that there is a waiting list & they don't know how long the wait will be but this was all after taking my money. Where I could've used for another company that actually has inventory how can this be called a business when they don't have inventory! It has been passed 9 days and I'm still waiting. I called again and spoke to the manager and instead being helpful she tells me I can go ahead and cancel how can you say that to someone that has been playing the waiting game for 9 days with you SMH! I'm Livid! Horrible Company! STAY AWAY! Don't rent from them you will starve to death and never start working like I am doing right now.
