"Facebook" are the biggest hypocrites in social media! It's OK for the left woke liberals to say anything or do anything on FB and you don't care, but when a conservative stands up and raises an issue or the TRUTH, you shut us down or limit our accounts! FB consistently allows liberals to say or do anything on their platform! However, when a conservative expresses their opinion FB Restricts your account!

I received nude images with body fluid liquids on the girls mouth and genetals while posting images of my fossil rocks. I was attacked by a Venessa Johnston at the same time being abusive and harrassing with rude posts, live. Then, while I ignored the rude posts but reported the rude posts and continued my post, I got a message popup that said my account was suspended for 24 hours. Then it disapeared in 2 seconds and I don't know if it was real or hoax, because my account looked normal to me and still going. So, I deleted my account anyway because of this rudeness and hacking of my account...malicious and dirty popups, etc...Full Nudity with bodily fluids image popups, porn...07-14-23. My college dorm mates have also quit facebook for getting ripped off on advertising fees.

When they want they do what they want --they locked my acc. Said it was hacked but they claim they cant unlock?

I am giving Facebook 1 star due to unfair censorship and restrictions on my account. As an atheist, I frequently share memes and posts that poke fun at religion or question religious beliefs. However, Facebook routinely removes my posts and restricts my account for 'violating community standards.' These posts do not promote hate or violence, they just express an atheist viewpoint.

Facebook claims to support free expression, but that clearly only applies if you express mainstream or religious-friendly ideas. Atheist and humanist viewpoints seem to trigger the censors and result in account penalties. I have had posts removed and been blocked from posting for days at a time just for sharing content that would not bat an eye if it were Christian or Muslim in nature.

For a platform that is supposed to enable open sharing of ideas and bring people together, Facebook is quick to censor and restrict atheist and humanist members.

I probably look at FB once a week and the other day I was at a Dr Appt in the waiting room. I was scrolling through some random posts & randomly giving likes. There was a post of some pro Dixie-Good Ole Southern photos. Really cool old Southern houses & I liked several. The only thing I was doing for maybe 5 mins & FB restricted me. I didn't share, comment, or click on anything. I was just liking some friends and other group posts. I believe the fact I liked several photos on this one post and it was appreciating Southern tradition. I got a temporary restriction. Thats super shady they are biased against a group of people because of geography, tradition, & accent. Makes me more proud & more southern proactive. Very disappointed in their actions, but thanks for the jumpstart of motivation to get more involved in my southern heritage. Still a buzzkill website though.

I have been selling items on Facebook for about a year, now. This is how I have been able to keep my home. The way I have fed my family, kept a roof over my kids head. Then, out of know where Facebook states I have did something wrong. I requested a review of my account. Facebook would never responded. I informed them, this is the way I make a living. No response. Because of Facebook and them wrongfully suspending my account. Theft of my account. I have lost my home and I didn't not have a place to live. In turn I lost my kids. ALL BECAUSE FACEBOOK SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT, I DID NOTHING WRONG. I ASKED FOR A REVIEW. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! THEY THINK THEY ARE. GOD.
A CALL TO ARMS. LETS SHOW THEM YHEY CAN NOT DO THIS. THEY CAN NOT EUIN OUR LIVES!

Putting all the known controversies aside and reviewing the core product- particularly the mobile app- for the operating budget, you would think FB would take the time to design and execute well, and make technical glitches easy to report. It's glitchy, the algorithms are strange, and there's no ability to customize/personalize. Glitchy: you can't jump to a time stamp or point in videos. If that's deliberate design to force you to watch the whole thing, then it's manipulative and a poor user experience. The only thing I like to use is FB marketplace, but again, glitchy. Everytime I navigate there, I get suggested products I am not interested in and that are inappropriate or explicit. If I hit the "X" to remove them from suggested, they just reappear along with similar items regardless of the preference I have clearly expressed as a user by removing them. If you want to advertise things to me, fine- but at least develop a user experience that adapts or give me a say in it. Or give me the option to expressly tell you what I'm interested in- I GLADLY will tell you so I don't receive any more explicit or immature content when I'm just trying to buy a KitchenAid. I think the algorithm literally just took my age as an input and decided, "oh! You're a millennial. You must love 420 stickers and cake pans shaped like body parts". Really amazing app experience no one asked for between the Products You Might Like and loading up your feed with videos of police chases so you can't see normal things like updates from family members. So annoying I delete the app to limit the data Meta can harvest (sorry Meta- you didn't earn it) between searches and just look at NextDoor and Craigslist first when buying locally.
