Answer: Yes, you can return the fabric for a refund of the cost of the fabric. What I would suggest is go ahead and purchase the other fabric you need and then we will refund the other fabric when it is returned and inspected. Edward

Answer: I am sorry but the exact content for this fabric is unknown because it was not sent with it. I would guess it to be a poly, cotton and maybe some rayon blend of materials. I hope this helps.
