This company is a rip off, there is no phone number and they will not take returns! No customer service, they are in China, so they get no repercussions for their rip off!
We ordered a prom dress and they sent the wrong dress 1 week before the prom. Very unprofessional and we will never buy from them again
Wife bought a dress for our sons wedding and it wasn't like the website at all! It wasn't anywhere near the size she requested. Try and get your money back? Good luck, because all you will get is a run around and then if you do get a return you will ONLY get half of what you spent and you will pay the shipping back so you will pretty much eat the whole cost of the item. JUST STAY AWAY AND BUY SOMETHING FROM YOUR LOCAL RETAILER!
Beautiful dress! I ordered the ssme as the picture. Customer service was excellent as well. I received my dress in a timely manner. I would definitely order from Fab Party Dress again!
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter off the fabpartydress website, this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. First of all when I recieved the dress it came inside out, lace in the back of the dress was stretched out and torn all the way down the back of the dress. After several attemps to reach them by email since they do not have a phone number, I was told to take pictures of the dress to send to them, this was a waste of time as the email that was replied stated the dress was fine and they could not help. They cleary do not honor or stand by their product which is sad when we trust and pay for something we think we are getting and then get the run around. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAN AND WOULD SUGGEST OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL.

To be plain and strait foreword the dress I received was absolutely terrible! It was poorly made and wasn't sewn correctly and to be grand looked like crap. DONT BUY FROM FAB PARTY DRESS
