I ordered a dress a few days ago and wanted to check the status of the order

I have read many reviews about how horrible this company is and very afraid to spend hard earned money on a dress to be told no refund if needed. And customer service is horrible and no phone number to contact anyone, I would like to know why as I need dress but i cannot afford to lose money. What are your gaurantees

Yes. Why would a dress created for a size 6 vary by 1" - 3"?

Answer:
I ordered a size 16 because I wear a 12/14 and it said they ran small. I tried fighting them through sending them pictures. It did not work.

Question:

Recieved my dress today and it does not fit. Order U0120150530361435. How do I return it for a refund?

Answer:
Got my dress sizing is way off ordered shoes also sizing way off. To return I have to pay a 50% restocking fee plus shipping both ways DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
