Recieved my dress today and it does not fit. Order U0120150530361435. How do I return it for a refund?

Got my dress sizing is way off ordered shoes also sizing way off. To return I have to pay a 50% restocking fee plus shipping both ways DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I was not lucky - consider it a waste of money and try and spread the word not to shop there. I took pictures and they said we made it to your specifications. They will not take it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

You have to email or call customer service, but good luck they will ask you to take pictures of you taking your measurements and then they will get with their production company and later will tell you they made the dress to your measurements and recommend you go to someone to do alterations. If your lucky they will take the dress back, but they will take 50$ off your refund.
