I ordered the one-piece Jammie sets for my daughter and I and the jogger pants that matched for my husband and son for Christmas this year. They are the softest and so comfortable. Great quality material!
I ordered items TWICE because the first shipment was labeled as 'undeliverable' by the delivery carrier. Then, the same items were sent a second time but there was NO RUSH delivery as what I had paid for. This whole experience was just TERRIBLE. I order online ALL THE TIME and don't have any problems elsewhere. I guess these guys don't care because they don't change their delivery carriers and just don't really rush things over.

I bought 3 pairs of shorts as part of a sale where all shorts were $10. At that price it was a great deal, but these shorts are normally like $60 I believe. At that price, I guess I would have expected some really nice shorts that felt like $60 quality. The shorts aren't bad but I would value them at $20, which is pretty normal for shorts.
The membership that they automatically sign you up for is very expensive and doesn't get you much, and it's pretty challenging to cancel. They say you can cancel online but it's very hard to find. The chat bot kept asking me to call to cancel, and when I did, the rep kept giving me other offers trying to get me to stay instead of just cancelling like I asked.
TLDR: decent shorts, but overpriced. Membership is tough to cancel
I love the fabletic line. Their website struggles pretty badly. Do not try to order on your mobile device. I don't know what needs to happen but it lags, doesn't load, impossible
Fabletics makes it nearly impossible to cancel their vip subscription. There is NO button to achieve this, or else it's so hidden so well that one cannot find it at all. This business plan preys on older adults who are not tech savvy enough to figure out how to solve this. Should be illegal.
I like how they were able to give me a good discount for being a member and the shorts I got from it are really good to wear.
I ordered my size in Short and you send me regular size. Then I have to go through the trouble of returning the order.
As a paying member it's ridiculous that door dash is delivering for Fabletics. Last month, my package was left in top of an apartment mailbox structure no where near my apartment and was consequently stolen. And dealing with customer service was another nightmare.
For the second time in a row, I get a $10 consolation prize for a "delayed" order. And both my last two orders were canceled without notice. If the item is not available or out of stock, then list it as such. This is frustrating and definitely turning me off to Fabletics.
I have been happy with the styles and quality of my purchases. However since I started my VIP membership a few months ago, I have unsuccessfully been able to the skip the month. I repeatedly went into the site to click the button within the established timeline because it kept showing that I had not done so then only to discover that I was charged despite my efforts. In the current month, I tried again and the button is grayed out or inactive within the 1st through 5th day of the month timeline. I find this frustrating and a bit of a ploy to prevent my ability to skip so I can be charged.
I did not like that I had to call to cancel and there was a lot of "sales" to try to get me to not leave. I did not care for the clothing styles. I am probably too old for the styles. I used to get an email reminder to cancel for the month but that stopped and I ended up with a LOT of tokens. Then felt like I could not cancel until I spent the tokens (learned later that was not accurate and I could have canceled and kept my tokens). Other than one style of pant I never found anything I liked. I now have 10 pairs of those pants!
Excellent in store support and use of the membership and app for maximum value and desired items.
Pants themselves were of fine quality, but the pants, in my opinion, were not as tailored in the seat as much as other similar pants like lulus
The deals you offer to sign up are great, but the fact that once you get a credit the prices are very high to use a credit.
Mostly everything I have purchased has been of good quality except for a green jacket that was too big (I had to give that away). The brown top which I purchased and returned was very snug. Uncomfortable in the arm and across the top breast. I was surprised because everything I have purchased so far has been true to size.
I recently purchased a winter white sweatpants and I had worn them home on a two-hour plane ride. They look like I have had them for two years. They have lint balls on thigh area along the front of the pants. What a waste of money (Smh). Other than that everything I have purchased from here has been great!
The assistant manager was great, professional and extremely helpful. My shopping experience was nice and i will return to buy more.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
