I love the yoga pants, but hate a membership!
Then arguing to get it cancelled!
Great delivery service and very pleased with the product.
Love this jacket! I wear it with everything. Super comfortable and lots of pockets.
The way the website works is it automatically defaults you to sign up for a subscription fee in order to get the lower price of their gear. If you're not careful you can miss this and have to go back an "uncheck" the subscription box to opt out of the monthly subscription. It wasn't until several months later that I noticed the charges on my account and had to cancel. No refunds, just lost cash.
The clothing is very nice and I enjoy it but I was very turned off by the deceptiveness of their website ordering process.
I ordered leggings and yoga pants for my 11yr old and never thought they would fit so well. Thank you Fabletics!
You need to click a few times to actually skip the membership for a month, which seems to be difficult on purpose. I have tried to skip a few months and I get charged anyways because I didn't read the fine print and go through all the steps.
I always forget on due every month to skip membership credit charges about one or two days pass and i call to the customer service and I'll tell them that I forget to skip and they always understood me and canceled to me.
I really appreciate it! Everybody who works for Fabilatics are so good!
The quality of the clothes are amazing and the deals are really great!
Like the fabletics brand but they are always out of my size.
These are the best fitting and most comfortable workout clothes you can buy
I dint have the strength, stop sending customer service jobs to a different country.
Love the color, my partners ask me about where I purchased it
Wanted to buy "The Pant" NEVER has my size 42 / 30 So i always have to buy something I dont really want
It's not a bad experience however, I do not like that it's a fight to be able to shop and get items you like…could you release batches of new items in the morning than in the evening so everyone has an opportunity to purchase the new items
I am always pleased with the git just wish they all came with the phone pocket. Love my styles
I placed an order online for two shirts to be shipped to my home address. In error, Fabletics sent my order to a store approximately an hour or more from my home. I received a call from the store notifying me that my order had arrived and was available for pickup. I told them about the company's error (that it was supposed to have shipped to my home), but they said they had "no ability to ship anything from their store to an outside address." They told me I needed to contact Fabletics Customer Service Dept. to resolve the issues. So I did. Three hours later, I got the order shipped to my home. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get an order shipped to my home address. Or any address for that matter. Don't make me contact Customer Service on the store's behalf to get an order that was incorrectly sent to the store to the correct address.
Do not like packaging
Do not like piece meal sending
I had several credits and used them for the products I desired. Upon completing my selections, all credits, I still had to pay $134 for what? I am not sure where the charges came from, but I do know ot wasn't shipping or taxes.
Very bad experience. Charge you discounted price but you are actually paying more than you should by paying the monthly $59 membership fees. Customers do not shop every month but you charge them every month.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
