It has been good overall. I love the designs but depending on who is designing for you the material changes and for some of us this does not work even when we love how they look on a perfect model. I will request to be true your quality and material regardless of who is designing for you.
I like Fabletics' products, and they are a great value. I also like the continual introduction of new products. However, the website was being increasingly difficult to navigate. Traffic was very high, and it would take forever for pages to load, and they would eventually time out. I don't have this problem with other sites - just Fabletics. It got to the point where I ended my membership as it wasn't worth it to spend time trying to get a page to load whenever there was a deal going on.
While I love the one of the pair of pants I have received, twice now you have sent me the wrong size on the return. The order clearly says the correct size but the wrong one comes. Once I sat on hold for over an hour and another I drove over an hour to exchange. Both times wrong size arrives. Now I have to do it again. So yes I am aggravated as hell.
The leggings I purchased lacked quality which I've previously shared with Fabletics in a review, but no one bothered to reach out. The ribbed blue leggings were coming apart at the seams my very first time wearing them and that is completely ridiculous, nor can I continue to wear them!
For the most part I am always happy with the Fabletics experience. The ease of ordering, the quality of the product and the color choices are always great.
The bra tops do not outlast the leggings from a wear and tear standpoint. I love pockets on all of my bottoms- make more! And I love the addition of the cargo pants this past year. So comfortable and easy care

Bought the short size pants. I am 5'2" and the short pants were still 7 plus inches too long. Now I am stuck with nothing to buy and unused credits. Reached out to customer service and they were worthless. Just sent generic replies without reading my complaints.
The membership is predatory. You get signed up without even realizing it. I made a purchase and the prices were very low with a $59.95 membership. I read through the disclosures and it said you can cancel any time. So after one month membership, I called to cancel. I still had points or credits (it's so confusing) the customer service rep told me that I could use those points even though my membership was canceled. I went around and around with the rep to make sure I understood. He assured me that the membership was canceled and I would not get billed for October. Well I did get billed for October so I called CS again. Both reps did not listen to me at all, they just tried to give me more benefits, discounts for staying on. I am so frustrated. There must be some loopholes the company is takin advantage of in it's disclosures but they should be shut down for predatory practices

I live in LB. It takes almost two weeks to receive my order. Why so long? This is the main issue. Otherwise I love the product.

I've always loved fabletics but I will stop buying from them. I've been trying to g to return an item for 2 months. They literally tell me they are sending me a return label through my email on EVERY phone call and then never send it. Very disappointed!
Money, money, money, money! Couldn't close the account fast enough! They were trying to charge me even before I received my first order! I'll NEVER do business with them again! The products were not that great anyway, less quality than Walmart!
I find myself just trying to find something for more than $59 just to get my money's worth. In the meantime, I'm passing by great sales that I can't use my $59 credit towards without actually losing money.
The quality of the clothes is spectacular and can be compared to other more expansive brands or even better!

The entire monthly subscription is silly to me. I don't need new clothes every month. I get links about sales but the sizes I wear are sold out.
Most of the items are never in my size at the store or online. They have all these specials but if there is not product it is not a special.
Fabletics has great quality fabrics and styles suitable for anyone, and excellent customer service!
I wish you can exchange for different styles instead of only exchange or return.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
