Never received my package. It was delivered but the mail carrier left it outside, didn't bother to ring the bell to notify anyone and the package was stolen. Tried to file a claim with the mail carrier and contact support from fabletics. Asked for a reshipment and never received it or a refund. So not only did I not receive my item but I lost money too.
Fabletics is not for me. Why would sale items still be one VIP credit, why would I use something I paid $70 for on an item that's now half that. The leggings constantly fall down. I wasn't pleased with anything I bought. Not for me.
Some pieces I was impressed by the quality like the fleece jacket and flair leggings I purchased. Other things just felt extremely cheap like the tank tops. It's somewhat hit or miss on trying to find things that aren't going to fall apart after 2 washes. I also am a tad frustrated that 1 member credit can either get you a really nice jacket or just a tank top, it doesn't really feel like this service is equitable.
The merchandise is great. I will never understand the nonsense about the VIP enrollment.-just let us order what we want and get rid of that confusing nonsense-they can offer the the prices without being a VIP member
The products that I ordered are very good quality. My concern is having to join the VIP to get prices that are good-To me that is a gimmick and I refuse to pay almost $60 a month to be a VIP
Some of the fabrics used for the powerhold do not grip they constantly slide and I do not care for the shiny silk feel prefer the cotton feel.
After placing my initial order, I honestly liked the product. When I tried to order some items for my brother they are never in stock and then I get misleading emails saying I have been granted 80% off when in fact I do not and again the items are not instock. I think I will be cancelling my membership for this reasaon
Since I joined monthly pricing has continued to rise while some options has become very limited for sizing making it harder to redeem credits for a true value.
Initially joined because the value of combos/outfits was worth the price. The styles/packages have changed creating less interest in continued participation in the program.
The web site never showed me the "skip" button until the window to skip had closed. I had to call to get the skip accomplished and it quickly got to the point that it wasn't worth the effort. In my opinion the whole thing is a scam to rob people of their money because they will forget to go to the site. Or they just won't want to call. The whole reason I shop online is to avoid dealing with people. On the phone or in person. Then to add insult to injury the $#*!er I had to deal with barely spoke English. But I wanted to be done with the whole thing so badly I stuck out the phone call. So Fabletics can keep their damn e-mails and leave me alone.
Fabletics never disappoints! The quality of their activewear is top-tier—everything fits perfectly, feels amazing, and holds up well over time. Plus, their customer service is unmatched. They're always helpful, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my purchases. I've gotten so many compliments on my outfits, and I love how versatile and stylish they are. Definitely my go-to brand for activewear!
Bought for summer so we'll see;-). Usually not disappointed. Seriously it wants me to keep writing...TBD
Amaxing each purchase. I've definitely been with them for a few years. Customer service is also awesome
I left fabletics and won't return because you continue to partner with awful people like the Kardashians.
Any time I go to the site to look at anything I get a follow-up email, almost immediately asking if I want to buy what I glanced at. A little too big brother for me. Also, I swear I skipped months and was still charged. Too bad, cause the products are decent if you get the sales, but relax on the hard sell.
I recently started a membership with Fabletics and have already placed four orders. The quality of their products is unparalleled to other brands. Their women's winter colllection has a great assortment and the 'winter' leggings fit well and are very warm. My husband loves the Don collection. The pants fit well, are comfortable and versatile for work and casual outings.
I have been a long time platinum fabletics member and it is now almost impossible to "skip a month". I used to have 5 days to do this, then it went to 1 day, now you have to verify you are a month, make sure you want to skip, etc...
It should not be this hard. It's very disappointing.
I ordered a couple things from Fabletics one being a pair of leggings which have already started to pick marks on them. Very poor quality.
The fit was great but the material snagged easily and left small fabric balls. I won't wear or keep them after a few wears.
Love my subscription but their new items always sell out so fast it's hard to get the good stuff at the releases.
I love Fabletics shorts. They fit well BUT I am NOT a fan of the VIP program. I want to buy when I want to buy. That is not always monthly and the charge per month is very high. The outlet where it is not necessary to be VIP has great stuff but not the full array of items in the store. I will continue to use the outlet at my discretion but store shopping is no deal
Form and Fit is perfect. It's nice to know when you order something online that it fits the way you envisioned.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
