I bought the Don pants for a first time buyer, I got them for 19 dollars. I'm looking maybe to buy more but no matter what kind of sale y'all are running the cost is like 75 dollars. Why can't the Don pants be on sale to when you are offering sales?
I have had continuous issues with ordering items and them not arriving at my home. I had a package arrive at my house and received a notification that my order from Fabletics had arrived but it was a package with a return from another company. I have no idea why. Every experience I have had in the past 6 months at least has had some kind of issue that requires taking up my time because of an error on the part of the company.
Fabletics has provided me some great customer service and almost the entirety of my workout clothes. There is a large selection of options and some great sales to take advantage of. Any issues I have had get resolved pretty quickly; recently a shipment of mine was lost and they re shipped immediately. Overall my experiences with Fabletics have been really good.
Not on the home page to skip a month. Would be so much easier and less frustrating for the customer to not have to search the site. Why can't you have a skip button on the home page
Good products, sizing can be different. But never have enough tall or any of the sizes. Takes forever to try and find something worth using credits on.
Fabletics has some nice simple and modern clothes. I purchased once before, really like them and they are my goto clothes.
However, prices are super irrationally high so only buy when at 80% discount. If you buy as a VIP at 80% prices are reasonable. But then you subject to a $59 MONTHLY, unles YOU remember to cancel every month. No reason for me to buy clothes monthly. This is not a good model. Also, during the Thanksgiving period, they sent way too many emails with special offers which were no different than what was offered before.
The website is not very responsive and slow when surfing and ordering. Could be better experience.
Fabletics has good quality products. Shipping is always done in a timely manner. Good company. I will continue to shop their catalog. Only critique is that prices can be high at times and medium sizes are out of stock quite a bit.
While the customer service agents are polite, they have difficulty addressing customer problems. Most ordered items are delayed significantly. Quality control needs improvement. I had seams come apart on a pants that were less than 2 months old.
Service was good mail delivery was good.
However what I ordered was not as I wanted. I order a thin jacket but I need something better for cold weather.
Takes a really long time to navigate between pages. Each click has a really long lag time. Also it would be nice to be able to filter on long lengths.
Love the items. Don't like that you cannot cancel your membership without calling them. If you can join without a phone call you should be able to cancel without a phone call.
All of the bras had a loose feel. I would use them for dance or delivering for Amazon and when i would bend over, sometimes a boob would fall out the bottom or side. 38DDD
Only complaint is that the website crashes and freezes. Products are great especially the Pet Me onesies
I had order the red valentines day sweet pants and they were way to big. Went to the fashion valley store in San Diego and the girls there were all so helpful and a even changed happen in minutes, what an expiries. Will be shopping there more often.
It is a nuisance to have to skip each month, there should be an opt-out program for monthly charges or a pause greater than one month
The thread on the top waist of my leggings is unraveling after only 1 wash in cold water and hanging to dry. The quality is very disappointing given the price. I have previously owned several pairs of Fabletics leggings and sports bra with no issues. I do not think I will purchase again.
The leggings are amazing, they feel great, look great on. What I don't like is they give you really cheap pricing to draw you. Once you are a member the $12 leggings are now $49. Which seem way over priced in comparison. If you do use a monthly credit they charge tax(I think) and shipping on top of that so you are still paying close to $20 for your leggings/outfits + the monthly fee. I feel the program is flawed. You should be getting the better deals and uber cheap pricing when you ARE a member, not before you are a member. I have signed up twice for the cheap leggings then cancel after a few months.
Fabletics has a TON of options, but their two major pitfalls for me are the limited size options for taller men that prefer to wear something 34x34 or larger and the limited/inconsistent color options. I need more items in Admiral Blue! Some of the pants options run a little snug and some items will shrink considerably.
The sales that often run seem always worth it. I love my suit, pants, & tops. Impressed with the material & quality.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
