Flexible, soft scrubs. Very easy to move in and excellent at keeping my core warm with freezing night shifts.
This was my first Fabletics purchase, and I was a bit disappointed with the products I received. I expected better design and fabric quality.
I purchase most of my items online, but when there is something new that I want multiples of, I go to the store in The Woodlands. The staff in the Woodlands go above and beyond. I have a huge Fabletics closet, and I love the clothes.
I bought a few black leggings and 2 of them, the stitch was pulling out every time I washed them. I would walk around with the stitch coming out
I ordered a couple of shorts and pants and after waiting a seriously long time for delivery, the did not fit so I did a return. It has been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't received anything.
I've been running and exercising regularly for 15 years. I've tried all sorts of shorts, and Fabletics is by far the best. The comfort, fit, pockets, zippers are all well-designed for a runner.
I purchased 4 pairs of pants. One got a big hole along the seam after a couple wears. I canceled VIP and when they asked why, I explained. They just said sorry I'm unhappy. They didn't address the issue at all and keep emailing me to come back. No thank you.
Fabletics is my new favorite brand. The 24/7 shirts are without a doubt the most comfortable shirts I've ever owned. I also bought scrubs that fit great with solid fabric without sacrificing stretchiness. Shipping also only took about a week. I will be buying again.
If I get so many emails from a company, it's a turn off and then I'll just start deleting them before I even read them. It's too much besides that I'm getting too many text messages and they're basically the same messages auto generated over and over again… Every day! I don't have time for it and stressful
They make it difficult to checkout and get free shipping without signing up for monthly fee. And I couldn't find good comfortable basic black leggings with side pockets. Bought about 5 different ones and tried wearing multiple times before giving up. Just not comfortable.
I bought some shorts when they came on sale. Upon receiving them, the lined shorts I purchased was tight and wanted an unlined one, same shorts just unlined. I was told it was impossible for the exchange for that, I had to get the shorts in a different color but they wouldn't exchange it for the unlined. It didn't make any sense and didn't understand why only to be told it's their policy. I accepted ot and donated the shorts but never again.
Prices are confusing. Sizes are limited. I don't want a membership. Please cancel membership. I tried and can't figure it out. Please refund membership cost of $60 for some kind of credit.
My leggings don't stay up. They roll over on top. If I were to work out in them they absolutely would not stay up. I already sized down once. I'm bummed about it but oh well I'll just stick to other brands.
I love the fit and quality of the clothes, but the high membership fee isn't worth the discounts available.
Fabletics clothing is my love and obsession. I find the clothing stylish, comfortable, and very versatile. I love that I can wear it to workout, go to the grocery store, hangout with friends, and even to a fancy dinner. The cost is very reasonable as well. My only wish would be longer inseam for shorts. (More 9 in. Options). Maybe for pants too. (33in...if there is such a thing).I have long legs..
I've purchased several sets of scrubs and I really like them. They're quite comfortable. But there is rarely a time when my size is available in the limited release colors. It's very frustrating when there's a color I really like and then I can't get it.
I really don't like having only a few days window to skip a month, which I think is part of the business model, but ends up scamming over consumers. You're obviously wanting to count on the fact that in our busy lives, we may forget to skip a month, but you still get revenue from us it would be nicer if we were able to skip it anytime
I have tried to call, email and chat to cancel my subscription and have had no response to any of my outreach attempts.
After buying some clothes on the website I suddenly had a reoccurring charge on my PayPal for some bs "membership". What a scam.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
