I've been a customer of Fabletics since they only had an online presence and no brick and mortar locations. The quality is comparable to much more expensive brands and the price is much more reasonable. Most of my gym clothes are Fabletics and I wear them proudly.

The fabric was of very poor quality and had pills in the fabric.

The product quality and quality control practices are terrible.

I keep forgetting to skip so I spend more money than I intended to, the credits are worth more than the amount you could possibly spend because everything's always "on sale" so you actually end up paying more for each item on average.

Chat help sucks and is unreseponsive. I tried multiple times to get an update on an order after 3 weeks with nothing

I've bought all my items online. Easy to navigate with lots of options. So far, I've only bought pants. I now have seven pairs and I am living in them.

Love the quality of the leggings. They have a seem less feel to them with tummy/waist support that keeps me comfortable all day while working (massage therapist, constantly moving) and in the gym. Grateful I have the option to pause account as needed. Easy to return if needed as well. The styles of the sports bras and leggings are beautiful. Over all highly recommended brand for work, workouts and lounging

After speaking with customer service I had a hard time understanding her hoping to clear things up reading the email that I never received explains and confirmation of cancelation for VIP
