Shipping takes absolutely forever. Shipping label is made right away but it takes days for the package to leave the warehouse. This is probably the only company now that offers slowest shipping.
Also, when I get an email with the tracking number and click the tracking number, it doesn't track the package.
I purchased a scrub set and a personalized lab coat as gift for my daughter.
I double checked spelling on personalization and it arrived with last letter missing. I called many times to try to mail back to correct. Each time was told final sale. All that was needed was additional letter. I was paying shipping. Ridiculous.

Been purchasing from Fabletics since my fitness journey years ago. Their PowerHold leggings are the most compressive leggings around and with pockets! Recent purchase went smoothly, as usual.
I am extremely disappointed with this website. There is no cancel button available, which makes it impossible to cancel my subscription directly. Instead, I have to log in every month within the first five days to manually stop the payment from being charged. This is incredibly inconvenient and feels like a deliberate attempt to make cancellation difficult. It's frustrating and unfair to force users into this tedious process. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone until they make it easier to manage or cancel subscriptions.
I am being charged now an amount of 59.95 which i don't know why it is cause i never ordered anything else from the website so I need someone to contact me and explain and return my money back please and thank you.
I have had a change in income and had to cancel my VIP for a time. I had one credit so I ordered, they sent it to the wrong address so it was returned when I called and they only had 2 of the 3 items of the outfit in stock so they said they would give me a credit for the leggings. It turned out they gave me $30.00 credit and all the leggings are $70.00 so I can't purchase anything without renewing my VIP. I feel this is a very shifty sales tactic. Won't be renewing even if I can afford it down the line.
Did not match up to other athletic brands in the same price bracket. Compared to Brooks, rabbit, vuori, craft. The fabric feels cheap. Cut is unforgiving and unflattering.
I spent $500 dollars on shirts for my team and they run super big and don't fit anyone
Products are good but the website is cluttered, inefficient and slow to load, making it harder to make selections. I sometimes lose patience and end up not ordering. Shipping is also very slow.
I have been a member of Fabletics for years and tell everyone about how great the quality is and how much I love the styles and selection of fitness and athleisure. I buy lululemon, Vuori and Athletica too, but love my Fabletics as much as all the others, and at a very affordable price!
Confusing pricing model, lack of easy and basic info on website about products and fabric, shipping takes forever. Sizing info was less than accurate. Returned entire order (multiple items) to a store, which was actually the only highlight in customer service. Cancelled "membership" immediately, which actually takes a few phone calls and departments, and then felt like a used car experience where multiple "if you stay today" offers were made. I'll never shop here again, but will use this as an example of "here's what a bad customer experience looks and feels like" in customer service classes I teach.

They sell out of everything so damn quick that even if I manage to buy it before it goes, then I can't exchange it if the size is wrong cause all the other sizes will be sold out. Fabletics lost hundreds of dollars of my money because their items sell out too quickly. It's infuriating and completely drove me away from ordering from them ever again. Also, every single one of their items, at least their tops because that's what I tried, run huge. As someone who normally wears a medium I ordered and xs tank top and it was baggy on me. It's ridiculous. But of course when I tried to exchange it for the right size they were sold out of the other sizes so I just had to return it. I'm convinced their whole brand is rage bait.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
