Very happy with quality of materials. Clothes fit well, and washed well, and Olivia liked them. Most of the clothes fit well, Olivia is in between sizes, so it is hard to fit her.

The whole - skip the month is a pain in the rear. The email reminder is nice, but when you click on skip the month, it doesn't take you to skip the month. So, the whole premise is a pain.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
