The shoes are not good quality and smell like they are from China! The sizes are off and smaller than normal shoes. Even though they are cheap it's not worth the money or hassle of a subscription

I love the that I can be a VIP member and get discounts on my kids clothes and shoes. I have 5 kids to shop for and it helps out. And my kids love picking out their own clothes.

Clothes aren't bad, they run sales often that make them more affordable, but the rewards points system needs some rethinking. I tried redeeming my points for one of the higher value coupons, but kept getting an error message. I tried one of the lower tier rewards and also got the same error code. I reached out to CS and was told that the lower reward had actually been redeemed and there was no process for reversing it (even though this was all caused by an error on their site). Seems very backwards that the coupon is "redeemed" and the points are removed from your account even before an order is placed. Then the coupon sits on the account for 30 days, which is still preventing me from redeeming the larger value coupons. I did not order that day. I will be waiting my 30 days to redeem the remaining points and will be canceling my subscription.
EDIT... after nearly 3 months, that coupon credit is still on my account, preventing me from redeeming a higher-value coupon. This is annoying and I find it hard to believe that there is nothing that customer service can do to fix this. I guess I just keep skipping each month.

I was told Bella had a free pair of shoes I was very excited, I ordered a size 2 they sent me a size 9 I tried to send them back the process was to much of a hassle I gave them to my neighbor I will still shop with you all, I like your inventory I just want to be able to trust my orders will be correct

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
