Never received my order

It said my order was shipped then I got notification that my order was returned because the package was damaged. I tried reaching out to the company for help and got no where.

Couldn't exchange

I purchased six pairs of shoes, three of them didn't fit, so I was trying to exchange them. I kept getting the runaround and got stuck with the same three shoes.

FabKids attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Too hard to leave

I like the clothes, but it is easy to forget to decline a monthly purchase and twice I have called and asked to have my account deleted, they say they will but it never happens.

It was great and everything came in as scheduled. Other than that I will purchase more items in future. Her rain boots had a tab missing on her boots other than that everything was good.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Used a prior discount and paid for shipping. They sent the incorrect size shoes. Had to contact and advise several times. Finally someone understood and offered to send the correct size, but only after I had returned the incorrect sized shoes. I told them it was rediclous I had to go through the trouble of returning the shoes, much less first returning the incorrect ones before I could even receive my actual order I already paid for and also paid shipping for. By the time I'd had actually received the shoes I ordered it will have likely taken 3 whole weeks. After saying ok, they then advised that they didn't even have the size I originally ordered anyway. So, then, I wasted ALLL my time trying to figure out what was going on and also agreeing to accept an exchange with nothing offered as compensation for the huge inconvenience. The company could have at-least offered my discount back to me since it went to waste in the end, or offered to ship the corrected shoes the moment they found out they sent the wrong size. All this wasted over a $10 pair of shoes. I canceled my supposed "VIP" membership and absolutely will never purchased from them again.

FabKids attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Saw a BOGO (Buy One Get One free) offer and bought an item from Fabkids... it enrolled me to an automated VIP membership and deducting 30$ every month. It was very painful to get the money back & close the account after purchasing for the amount they auto-debitted from my account. The goods are not so cheap and the sizes they send are worst. Its a very painful thing. DONT MAKE A SINGLE TRANSACTION OR you get locked

Did not recieve my products

I am not sure what happened but my shipment said shipped and then I received an email stating my product return had been processed. I never received the products. Very dissappointing.

Took FOREVER to receive

Not good

Had no idea they came with no boxes.
The sandles came wat too small om the front strap. My baby's toes would not fit and she does not have chubby feet.

Cute but expensive

Beware VIP membership

The VIP membership charges your account $40/month automatically.

The clothes/shoes/etc. Are cute but not great quality.

Overall, not worth the money.

Poor quality

The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. The shoes scratch easily and they are hard and stiff. The quality is not good. The shoes do not last long at all.

Very happy with my order
