A shipping label was created but items never shipped. After a month and a half and speaking with customer service 3 times regarding the order, a refund was finally issued. Horrible customer service.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
