I do a lot of online shopping and am generally quite savvy about it, so boy, did I ever feel like an idiot when I rushed through the process to get a free FabKids outfit, only to realize I'd signed up for a monthly subscription! Yes, it was completely my fault for not reading the fine print, but honestly, I just never expected it. I thought FabKids was like a cheap GapKids or something, and just trying to make a name for themselves with some giveaways. Then I realized what I'd done, and freaked out when I saw all of these negative reviews. However, when I called to cancel, they were pretty prompt about it, just gave me one counter-offer of more loyalty points to stay, and then went ahead and cancelled my account. I got a confirmation of the cancellation immediately, so I can't complain there either. As for the outfit itself, it's cute and reasonable quality, I just hope it fits the girl I bought it for as returning it won't be an option. A monthly shopping club isn't for me as I know there will be months when I forget to "skip", but I was pleased with FabKids customer service both in placing the order and cancelling my subscription.
Fun while it lasted.Nice clothing. My child is now a teen and has pretty much outgrown FabKids. Great for ages 2-13 though.
I prefer to buy American made merchandise when possible.

I ordered some shoes and a few clothes 1 pair of the shoes has already fallen apart. The leather is peeling off of the shoes. My kids loved how they looked, however the quality is not great.

I was put on FABKIDS VIP, without knowing it, I tooordered stuff for my grand daughters in Sept, I have tried to cancel the membership and they told me it was as of last month. Once again they took money off of my credit card this month, now I am replacing my credit card so they can no longer take money from me, and I have 120.00 on a account I will not use, this time I am furious, last time I was pleasant on the phone. Oh and by the way their phone number just gives you junk advertising now and no customer service! BUYER BEWARE

I canceled my membership with fabkids and then randomly started getting charged every month to renew my subscription. I called and they said my membership was canceled months ago due to inactivity. I said that's impossible because I'm STILL getting charged for it. It always gets declined thankfully because I keep my debit card locked for this exact reason. But NOW IM GETTING CHARGED ALMOST EVERY OTHER NIGHT from FABKIDS trying to charge my card. Like they know I called and tried to remove my card. EVERY OTHER NIGHT. SCAM.

My first time ordering from here my package was supposed to be delivered before Christmas Eve I called twice the week before Christmas to get an update or a refund the person I spoke to refused to give me a refund stating I just had to wait until after the delivery window to receive a refund which was the next day and I finally called back and received my refund for the package that I still never received I would never buy anything from here
