I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and like in the past, very pleased. My toddler can destroy some shoes, but these always hold up. And they're true to size.

Very unsatisfied because the order took too long had to call to find out what the hold up was they didn't told me then said it was. Gonna be sent regularly? I had to call back again to request that it be sent as soon as possible because of the weight. Not only that I did not get all of the things I ordered so I would have to score very low for customer service and attentiveness they did send it. Without charging me extra quicker but I should have never had to call to find out what was taking the order so long to get to me

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
