Ordered a 10/12 in jacket and it still to small package got lost so took longer to get to me all around bad experience for my 1st amd last order
I was excited for the price I paid but soon realized they only sent one pair of shoes. I clearly ordered 2 pairs and was charged for 2 pairs. But nope! I only received one pair! Thanks for nothing fabkids!

My package hasn't arrived. It's been at a facility for 5 business days straight and there's no update whatsoever. No one can tell me where my package is. It's ridiculous.
To say Fab Kids is a great company would be the biggest lie I've ever told. I placed an order August 21. My address was not correct. When I created an account I put in my correct address, Fabkids gives you a suggested address which was incorrect. I had to update my profile address again. Once my order was shipped, I received a tracking email and completed the request to receive text notification about my package. I checked to see the whereabouts on my package only to find it stated it was undeliverable due to no one being home. I called FabKids and was told that I have to contact the shipping company. This would have been a great opportunity for the customer service rep to identify my information including address to better assist me. When I called the ontrac for information they informed me I have to contact Fabkids. I have been going back and forth over this package. Today I called fabkids and was made aware that I can have my order REsent if my items were AVAILABLE! Only 2 of my items were not available. Knowing that my items were returned to sender to fabkids, why can't the 2 items I ordered be shipped to me. I was made aware fabkids can't update my address and I have to. So I did and was able to get my shoes resent however, the other 2 clothing items were not available. This is 2024. Online shopping and technology shouldn't be this difficult.
Very happy with the shoes that were purchased. My kids loved them. But I did order fast shipping which did NOT happen. I assumed I would receive with 3-5 business days since I did pay the extra $15 to receive fast shipping. No refund was made I tried to email but due to busy schedule I was unable to call customer service. A refund or $15 discount on next purchase would be great. Was not aware a physical address was needed nor was it listed to inform at time of purchase.
I can understand a day or so of delays but this is ridiculous! I haven't received items for my daughter and she really needed new shoes. I would've went in the store had I known this would take so long. This sounded like a good deal and turned out to be a horrible experience. Probably a scammer site smh!
I seen too many flaws in the shoe and they cost too much to look the way they do. One thing of the shoes was so unsupported it leans sideways when she put her foot in it. Unsatisfied customer unfortunately :(

Unreliable shipping. All shoes were ordered in my granddaughters size. These ran very large. Had to return, that was a hassle. Now waiting on the new shoe shipment to arrive eta yesterday.
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
