I followed the clothing size recommendations and everything is way too big! I take a loss to return so I' stuck with what I received. :(

Bought some cute sandals for my 3 granddaughters that were in sale. I wish you carried smaller sizes like infant 3 or 4. The girls really loved their sandals.

Ordered shoes on 7 August delivery date was supposed to be on August 19 still no updates on our packages and it is already August 20 and apparently my package is still in Atlanta Georgia and has been for two days maybe three it's been almost 2 full weeks and still no package or update

I always gets my package ahead of time and never have any issues with shipping or being delivered. Love the shoes always and have great prices

They fit perfectly on her feet I love them she wouldn't take them off she was so happy when she tried them on she was showing them off to her sisters and brothers I'm happy that she is happy

It's been 18 days still no shoes I am un satisfied nobody isnt assisting me. And my package been sitting on a FedEx truck 2 hrs away over 5 days now unacceptable

My order said it would arrive Tuesday august 20th and then day of just updated to on the way. When I spoke to a representative about the situation all they can tell me is it's on the way.

I love love love the designs and got several pairs at once. They seem to be very high quality, and my toddler keeps them on and walks well in them. Love them!

I've purchased shoes for my toddler from here a few times. The price is great, and the quality is the same if not better than the tripled prices at the big, kids stores.

All the shoes I purchased for my son were great! They were different, fun and comfortable and with the prices I couldn't pass up purchasing a few! He is all set for the new school year!

I've never ever had an order take so long to be delivered — it actually took forever to ship out. I'm not too sure if I would give it a second chance.

The shirt we bought shrunk probably 2 to 3 sizes and the shoes wore out within months. One pair of the sneakers wore holes all the way through within a month. Very disappointing, especially for how much they mark up the "original price", so it looks like you are getting a good discount.

I loved the red sandals for my children to wear this summer. It matches our school colors. However the first day they put them on and only walked around outside, they already started to break apart. The fabric of the sandals started coming apart on the first wear. My kids were so disappointed!

It is what I expected. My fiance is from Guam and I know when he gets this gift for Christmas he is going to love it.
