First off money was taken out of my account without my permission all I did was order a pair of shoes I didn't want an account. I called for a cancellation/refund then my account got refunded then the money got taken out again smh. The fact that you took money out my account twice without my permission is absolutely unacceptable. I don't want anymore money taken out my account & I want my money back

It was left at the wrong door. I ordered my package to my house and it's wasn't delivered to me at all now I'm out of shoes for my baby birthday

The experience was nice. I was able to I pick out some great stuff. The monthly fee when I started was less then $30. I think my monthly fee should have stayed the same. I was a loyal customer that skipped the months once in a while due to the increase of monthly fee. The clearance sales are fanonminal if your able to shop. Thanks for the shopping experience.

Shipping takes quit a long time but as far as the shoes themselves they are average quality and the first buy is great you get a great price to become a member

While I like you sales and the clothes are nice the auto charge is ridiculous. You took 50 out I didn't have and now I am short. And it's not really worth the monthly charges as the sales are better.

I purchased on 10/24/2024, it is now 11/8/2024 & I have yet to receive my items. I purchased them for my daughter birthday which was 11/1/24 & I had to purchase something else.

I paid a monthly $49 for a subscription but every time I went to buy close I had a few credits that were good for nothing. I had to pay MORE and often for sale items. Gross model. Zero actual customer service.

Ita hard to come by affordable shoes that are good quality nowadays. Fabkids shoes are 5 for the first order, and they haven't let me down. I really love their shoes for my daughter.

Never received my first package and customer service is a joke. No help. No package. No refund.
Be aware if your package is lost, they will not help you!

The boots I recently purchased were already coming apart. The inside sole was not glued in. The lining inside was coming apart. Looked like the sewing was not done correctly. The outside fabric was not attached to the rubber sole.

Great deals for kids cloths as they grow so fast, easy to manage website and generally very fast or atleast informative on shipping delays.

I called in for a refund. The agent I spoke to claimed he did my refund and I have not seen a return yet. I will be canceling my membership.

They sent me wrong size and I really didn't read the whole thing which is my fault but you got to pay 50 bucks a month for some cheaply made shoes just not satisfied

I had to return most of the items because they were too big. Sizing is not consistent.

Still haven't gotten my order almost a month later

I had a very good experience with FabKids. I got some nice shoes with a nice deal that made it much more affordable.

Whenever I encountered an issue getting help was pretty easy and I like the 24/7 hour helpline + the chat option. SO CONVENIENT! And the customer service of the employees was also great.
