Honestly all but 1 of the 6 pairs ordered were great. One of the pairs sole was clearly offset. When I tried to carefully peel it up to reposition it, it tore up a piece of the underneath foam from where it was glued. Now it's repositioned but won't be comfortable due to this not being able to be removed. Like I said all other pairs were great, For member pricing that is. I would never pay the full prices for the shoes though. Just price them at membership prices for everyone and they would be 100%
Order has not been shipped been waiting for pickup since Sept 9, today is the 27th and it is still sitting
Upon receiving the shoes, they were wider than the picture showed, weren't as described, and were too big.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and they sent me two different shoes that I had not ordered. They wanted me to go through all of the work with returning and re-ordering and refunding my money instead of making it right on their end since it was their fault. Needless to say, I am very disappointed
Waited patiently for my order
It somehow got stuck in independence ky
And had no communication for 3 days
Had to call and was told my only option was to be refunded or a completely new shipment
So now waiting yet again for them to be shipped out
Disappointed as some of the order was for particular events for my daughter
Asked for them to at least do rush shipment or some and was told no
Not sure I'll order again
The shoes came faster than I expected and were super cute! I needed to exchange due to me not being sure about sizes and the process was fast and easy.
Shoes were cheap and flimsy...however, with the price and all, I'd expected that. So they were as I suspected, and I do like them. They just are built for kids, not a 155 pound adult, so I doubt they'll last. However, I get to annoy and embarass my kids and grandkids until they fall apart! Side note; fit was perfect. The lack of one star is because I had to go and cancel the VIP thing...but they did and they are refunding the money.
The very best selection of fun and great quality kid's shoes. My daughter loves everything we get from here.
I ordered shoes for my kids going back to school in the beginning of August.
I have yet to receive them despite having a tracking number. Estimated delivery was Wednesday the 21.
As of 8/21/24, I have not received any items in my order. Original expected arrival date was 8/12/24. These were supposed to be 'First Day of School' shoes for my children.
It is my first time placing an order with Fab Kids. My daughter loves the shoes I got her the pricing and quality were really good and I will continue to get more 💜
Order was placed over a week ago and still hasn't shipped. I just keep getting emails saying shipping has been delayed, but tracking shows it was never picked up.?!?!
Ordered about 11/16. Shipping updates are trash and delivery dates keep changing. Good price terrible shipping time, I'm still waiting
The boys shoe's ran small not happy with that 🤦🏾 and they are so cute but it's hard for them to put on themselves they definitely need assistance with frustration.
My daughter loves these outfits and it makes it easier to shop. She says they are super trendy. However recently they sent the wrong size top to a matching set which is very frustrating.
Still haven't received my shoes shoes on hold for whatever reason with no explanations decided to pause my membership still don't have a delivery date
