I ordered shoes for my 6 yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loved them. My daughter couldn't believe what I had paid for 3 pairs of shoes and we were very satisfied with the quality. Thank you FabKids
Tried to cancel my order due to the long shipping time. Was told by chat assistant that I could not cancel because it was shipped. I had tracked it and the order still had not even left. Eventually they agreed to cancelling the ship request for Fed Ex and processing a return for me. A few days later, still no email to say it was returned. I contacted them again, and this time I also cancelled my VIP package. They said the return would be processed. Over the past week, I received a few emails to tell me there was a shipping delay? And yesterday my credit card was charged for the order. Now I have to contact them again, and try to get the charges reversed.
Shipping takes entirely to long. It's been two weeks since I've ordered and no shipping update. Completely unacceptable. This was supposed to be a birthday gift.
I love the sale prices. The quality has been super. Shipping was pretty timely with delays. I prefer to purchase when item is in sale. Dislike BI
VIP membership price. Too steep.
They are liars about when they are shipping to you. I have paid for expedited shipping twice and nothing happens. They say they are waiting for the shipping company to pick up orders but they are liars. They clearly are having problems with all their shippers and I am guessing it is because they haven't paid them
My order came quickly but I was missing an outfit from my order. The customer service team was very helpful and sent the item back to me. I just haven't received the replace yet.
I have been a member of this site for years. The quality and variety of items has taken a nose dive. The only reason I am still a member is that I have credits remaining.
I ordered 11 days ago and the shipping label was immediately printed but is still "awaiting carrier pick up" so who knows when I'll ever actually receive my order
I received everything the way I was supposed to end the time you said I was going to receive it so I will continue ordering things from there. Enjoyed everything.
I was takin for over 2 years of $50 a month. I would have never guessed buying a pair of boots for my daughter would have cost me over $1400! Yes my husband just paid our credit card every month in good faith. We started to go through our charges and we couldn't believe it. I tell everyone I meet about this and warn them to never use your company. It makes me sick to my stomach. It should be illegal and I'm going to write to my congressman about this.
I ordered my youngest a few pair of shoes to get her through until the end of the year & she absolutely loved them! The site was easy to maneuver & had a great selection. I will definitely be summer sandal shopping with FabKids!
I have been a customer for several years. The clothes, material and styles have improved by far. My son is six abd he picks out what he wants and loves to model it at home. The shoes are great. For the way kids use shoes the really are made of good material also.
Tney said it would be late, but didn't take that long to receive all my orders.
Don't like that you have to sign up for a membership amd pai almost $50 a month though...that is not ok. I paid this for month without even realizing it after buying a very cheap item.
Should not need a membership to purchase from any sites. Just trying to scam money.
When I first started a subscription the selection was amazing. This last 1-2 years it was a limited selection and the prices were over the top. Boys clothes were always limited i felt like this site catered mainly to girls, ( i have one of each) The fit for different styles were different as well, and if you can't try on that makes it frustrating ( I hate repacking and returning g items).
Ordering and sizing was all great. I even liked that when I had an issue I was able to message someone and they got back to me right away when it comes to website for me. Communication is a big thing and they did an awesome job.
Great value great quality clothes large selection of sale items affordable for any budget and clothes are not cheaply made

We were exited to receive our package but that was short lived. The box and sneakers has the strongest smell of cigarette smoke.! My son refuses to wear them and says they stink. And they do! When we opened the box the smell was overwhelming! Very disappointmenet.
Great products and they arrived very quickly! I love that the points and credits don't expire so I'm never rushed to make a purchase.
Merchandise came in a timely manner and seems a decent quality. Grand daughter loves them. They are a little big but she will grow into them.
