Fab Kids has made shopping for my daughter easy. I generally save up a month or two of "credits" and shop for several things at once. You can get a lot of unique, trendy items that are different that everyone else at school.

I signed up in 2016 and a half a year later I realized that when I ordered clothes for my kids they automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I called and cancelled after 6 months of charges and they refunded my money. Fats forward to today, they stopped my Just Fab account but kept charging my credit card under FabkIds. So, I just asked for another refund again it was painful to admit they have been stealing from me again! I had to call several numbers to get money back because they had had it so long they could no longer issue me a credit through my credit card I will get additional money in a check in the mail is 8 to 12 weeks! I am cancelling my credit card so they no longer have access to my number... if YOU THINK ANYTHING ON THEIR SITE IS CUTE STOP AND THINK ABOUT YOUR CREDIT CARD AND HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING YOU AND STEALING FROM YOU!

I ordered some shoes for my daughter that was only 10 bucks and I was charged for the 10 bucks, and I been getting getting charged 29.95. I called them to see why the heck they charging me 29.95 the lady told me that I agreed to the terms and conditions and that the membership is 29.95 monthly. That's bull$#*! because I always read before I give my credit card information. I told her to cancel my account and that I don't want to have anything to do with them. She got to going on about how I should keep the account open because they have so many specials and deals. It made me so frustrated because I wasn't trying to hear anything about keeping the account open. I told her it's to many company's I can order from that don't charge hidden monthly fees. They are a rip off and they are thieves. Don't trust this company

Stay far away! They will take out money from your account without permission. They made my account go negative. Poor quality of shoes, its not worth it. I will never shop here again and warn anyone to stay away. This place needs to be shut down

Wow! This is so dishonest and upset I even purchased from them. As a mom no one likes hidden fees. I just called to cancel and get a refund and they kept insisting I had to check off a box I never checked on to begin with and told them to cancel cancel cancel and all of the sudden the phone cuts off! Wow just wow! Also the clothes is not good quality! I could not get stains off clothes and was thin like a paper. Crap clothes does not =VIP Membership!

I called talk a guy name jonn he kept talking over me suggesting that I buy something from fabkids. I had to get hateful for him to understand I did not wanna get charged again 29.95 taken out of my bank account that I did not authorize the last time I bought shoes from this company was 2017 before Christmas

They have been taking money on a monthly basis and send shoes based on survey taken but never receive packages. They keep withdrawing and no packages! Do NOT get the VIP they are nothing but lies. Also their quality is trash.

Made a purchase from them MONTHS ago. They are still charging me monthly (which I did NOT agree to) and you can only cancel via calling customer service. After holding forever, it was very difficult to understand the rep. They promised to cancel and send me a confirmation email. So, we will see.

While they have cute clothes the sizing is inaccurate either running to big or to small even when using their provided sizing chart. The chat service disconnected when I initially attempted to cancel my account and I was still charged. When I request again for the cancellation of the account and a refund I was refused a refund and forced to open a dispute through my bank.
This is a sneaky cheat company that will rip you off without honoring requests to cancel memberships and instead try to trick you into keeping your account and losing more money on their cheap low quality products. Stay far away from them!
Saw a BOGO (Buy One Get One free) offer and bought an item from Fabkids... it enrolled me to an automated VIP membership and deducting 30$ every month. It was very painful to get the money back & close the account after purchasing for the amount they auto-debitted from my account. The goods are not so cheap and the sizes they send are worst. Its a very painful thing. DONT MAKE A SINGLE TRANSACTION OR you get locked
