The clothing on FabKids is great quality I like this selection choices. However, it is very difficult to find the "skip the month" option. I can find it a lot easier on Fabkids than just fab. I get very frustrated when I get the monthly fee and then can't apply it towards Clearance items and only use it towards new product. I think if I have paid, the credit should be allowed to go to whatever I purchase Clearance or otherwise

Please do your research, this company will takes money even without send a product. When you call them and explain that you don't want your membership, they continue to bill you and then only offer credit. You then cancel again, use your credit and are caught in a never ending loop losing 29.95 a month.

Called and cancelled my membership, but the next month they still charged my card. Which, by the way, did not have enough money on it. I called them again & they had wrote down that our call was dropped & had no record that I called to cancel...

I ordered a leggings and top set in medium but received leggings in medium and a top in extra small. I called the customer service number and explained what happened. I was sent a return label and was told a medium top would be sent. After waiting two weeks, I received the exact same xxs top. I called customer service and was sent another return label. The service person seemed to have some difficulty with English and had a hard time understanding me this time. I'm planning on cancelling my Fabkids membership now.

The quality of the clothing isn't that great, poorly made the matirial isn't great quality. The other thing is about skipping a month, I called the other day to skip a month she said she did but they lied to me because I was charged anyway. I don't want to buy anything from here anymore.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
