This company charged me 29.95 even though I asked them not to continue my subscription. Then they told me what I paid for they were canceling and I wouldn't be getting my money back only a credit. I cannot use this credit now unless I pay extra money for shipping. I highly recommend buying from a different company as this one is a fraud.

I have had a hard time finding stuff for my daughter. I do not like that this is a monthly membership that comes out automatically unless you skip a month which sometimes I forget. Then when the money does come out I cannot find anything that my daughter would like. I have asked to be removed from the membership and it is difficult. And then when I have purchased items and I want to return them it is not easy to find the return label so I end up just hanging on to clothes that my daughter may not wear.

I placed a ONE TIME order for my daughter. I did not realize making a purchase entered me into a membership that cost $29 a month! They took this money from my credit card for over a year and the amount came to $435! When I called they said I have a $435 credit for purchases. My daughter can no longer fit the clothes they offer so I wanted a refund. They initially processed the refund March 2018 and told me it takes 3 months to process and mail out. I have been calling every 3 months and they give me a different excuse each time and tell me they have to reprocess the return and it will take another 3 months. I have been trying to get a refund for over 1 year and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! They acknowledge they owe me a refund but they won't give me my money back. The last time I called, the customer service agent said she was going to start the process for a refund again and send me a confirmation email. Well the email said she cancelled my membership (which was already cancelled at a prior date). NOTHING IN THE EMAIL REGARDING MY REFUND! I'm going to reach out to my local government official to see what steps I can take to block this company from doing business and business transactions in the United States.

I ordered shoes about a month or two ago from fabkids and I'm high displeased. Not only was I unaware that I would be charged a monthly fee afterwards but they are refusing to refund me my money. I'm a single mother of 4 struggling and fabkids stole the last bit of money I had for gas for the week. I intend on taking this to the better business bureau. This whole company is a scam and I'm taking this to the higher ups until i get my money back

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
