Horrible customer service and management!
Was sent multiple emails providing updates.
One of those was that the order was processed and being shipped. Never got anything!
Called. Was told it wasn't even processed and nothing could be done. Asked for a manager,"Denise" said that it wasn't shipped out and with illness they have been short staffed. Yet not closed down. I informed her that I got multiple emails that it had already been send before the illness since order was before it. She continued to repeat that the warehouse was short staff. She smirked, and made negative gestures. Ended up yelling at each other as she refused to tell me management contact information. Always gave excuses and completely rude! Didn't answer any of my questions.

I am an new customer with the VIO meme we ship who was really looking forward of rocking out with fab kids the long way. I see that won't be happening and I will be canceling my subscription. I placed an order last week of March and been having trouble everysince than. Today was just too much for me from the live chat to the phone conversation with an agency my order was placed on the 4th but didn't get shipped out til today LIKE WHATTTTT WHYYYY which means it was just there collecting dust for 9 days when it was suppose to been shipped out VERY DISAPPOINTING well I havent had this problem with amazon at all my kids and I non essential items been coming exactly on time as they said it would shipped out on time they aid it would I didn't have problems with tracking it anything at all even with COVID in affect. I'll save myself the migraines, anger, and the time just by not dealing with this site.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
