I know with the covid19 going on, deliveries is delayed,,, but it's beyond delayed,,, then y'all offer $10 for the inconvenience,, but what's the point of using the $10 when I still have to pay for shipping and that package is going to be delayed as well!

I ordered a romper and sandals that came together. I ordered May 1st and they didn't send it until after may 10. I needed The outfit for my daughters birthday which was may 10. The outfit came and the romper was cute but the shoes were cheap material, poorly made and I paid too much for such a lousy outfit. Cancelling this membership immediately.

Not only did the post office send my order back but they apparently don't just send out the same package when this happens because they said that 1 item was no longer available. I had to reprocess the order so I placed an additional but separate order the same day. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my kids clothing. They're going to outgrow it at this rate. I'm better off saving money by buying locally and not waiting so long for my stuff to arrive.

Fabkids is horrible. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped since beginning of the month and every time when I ask customer service about my order it's always the same story that they don't have enough people working for all the. Orders to be shipped. I would not recommend Fabkids to anyone.

I did order my daughter one dress 3 items 2 legging n one shirt shipping 6.95$. They guys take whole month never send me dress and after one month I did received just one legging they have not more dress they have not any things for replacement and I did talk with him a lot of time and they was not nice with costumes. They charge more money for replacement. Like buy whole dress more. Please guys don't wast ur money and time in fabkids. Please don't buy any things in fab kids. This is my first n last time order in fabkids. They guys make fool. N they guys said laying and give wrong information in website. 2 Items r missing. Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
