Fab kids clothes are well made but do run a bit small. My granddaughter really likes to wear shorts under skirts so yours were perfect.

This company is a scam! They give you $39.95 In free items then enter you into a "vip" Club inconspicuously then conveniently charge you $39.95. Which if you don't catch in time they will continue charging you for. Then with you call them they want to credit your account for the $39.95 and you have to fight to get that $39.95 back that was yours and to begin with stay away from this company.

I recently ordered shoes for both my daughters. I DID NOT sign up for ANY membership of any kind! They emailed me and said I have almost $40 in credit and that was strange to me so I looked at my bank account. They took my from MY account and tried to con me to spending it on their site. Then I try to delete my account and all my info and guess what, there's no cancel option. I looked in their terms of service and it says no obligation or fee. Then I find out I'm not the first person they did this to. This is a terrible company that cons people out of money. If I have to change my bank in order for them to not get a dime I will. 0 stars!

Do not order if you eventually want to end your subscription. They will not let you. I called customer service to wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a lady (unfortunately conversation was so short that I didn't get her name) told her I ordered 2 pairs of shoes not knowing it was a subscription and did not want to continue with this subscription also asked for refund, said she would help me and instead hung up on me. Called back spoke to Josh, he said let me get your information and I'll help you, hung on on me after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes. (You can only fall to cancel) I'm assuming this is how they keep you from cancelling or giving you your money back. Not going to deal with that, I called my bank instead since they just keep hanging up on me but this is ridiculous and very unprofessional I'm not happy with this whole experience. Shoes are not that great just some cute little sandals I could've gotten at the mall or something. Not worth it, customer service is horrible and they just want your money regardless if you want your subscription ended.

They signed me up for a membership of $39.95 without my consent and awareness. Called and asked what was going on. They seemed annoyed as to why I was even calling. Imposed that it was an optiona VIP membership (which I again informed her that I did not sign up for). As I continued to explaining that I wanted my money returned the customer service lady hanged up the phone on me. Called again and she did not know what excuse to give me.

This company scammed me for 39.95, twice. I bought the two pairs of shoes for 9.95. Sure, i received the shoes. The same month, they charged me for 39.95 for a membership i apparently signed on for. I did not consent to taking 39.95 out of my account every month. Here is the kicker! They took 39.95 out of my account two months ago! Now? It is June of 2020! Same year and they took out another 39.95! I called the first time and they credited my bank account and gave me my miney back, IN MARCH OF 2020! NOW IT IS JUNE OF 2020 AND THEY STOLE 39.95 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I called and threatened a class action lawsuit because i have read i am not the only person they have done this too. Lets see if they give me back money in 7 days. He was a foreign peroson. I have no issues with foreign call centers, HOWEVER, I HEARD CHICKENS IN THE BACKGROUND OF MY PHONE CALL WITH THIS COMPANY! CHICKENS! WHAT THE HELL KOND OF SCAM DID WE ALL FALL FOR! I keep everyone posted.

On my last order ******* I rcvd an email
Saying order shipped. But when it got here the packing slip only included 3/4 things I ordered. We were missing the unicorn shoes. The packing slip enclosed only listed 3 items. Does that mean the other shoes will come seperately?

Clothes are nothing special and usually the things i like are sold out. Shoes are terrible quality. And you cannot cancel your membership online you have to call. Always a red flag.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
