I thought the colors were matching better than what they did when I got them. I thought it took way to long to get my order. I placed order with just Fab. Few days later and got that sooner than I did this order. When Ii ha e placed order it's been really quick a obout getting it to me this order was ridiculously slow.

I'm not sure if it's the pandemic but their inventory is horrible. I got the vip membership and they barely have any shoes in stock. Will be canceling soon.

Placed 1st order and signed up for VIP membership on 06 23. Placed 2nd order on 07 03 and have yet to receive either. Contacted Fab Kids as well as pitneybows and not much help other tan told my order would arrive by the 14th.
Well it yet to arrive and it's now the 18th.
So disappointed. Was really looking forward to receiving by my granddaughters birthday but not sure it going to happen.
I will most likely discontinue my membership and soul deff not recommend it again even though I did in the beginning.
Customer service can not get it to get her on dates of arrivals. Luve chatted with several girls and each gave me a diff solution or explaination to the issue.

Items are so so not high quality but not poor.
Bad rating is because they will automatically charged you 40.00 a month without informing you unless you read the pages and pages of fine print. If you accidentally use 2 emails they charged you for EACH email used. They hit my account twice for 1 month! This is a scam and NOT worth it.

I ordered a total of 4 items on 6/22/2020. I have since only received 1 item. I was told that items come from more than one warehouse and that is why the come in different packages and have different delivery time. If this is the case this is not effective nor does it provide customer with the security in knowing their items will be delivered in a timely manner. Unless they pay the fee to have their items expedited. Which says you only care about pockets and not the customer that maybe can't afford that. I know you guys certainly can!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
