Seriously do not order from fabkids they will charge your card multiple times with the 39.95 vip fee that I had unsubscribed from I even got a new card and they still managed to get a hold of my information months after not being charged and I have never bought anything since the first bad experience.

If you make a purchase every month they're going to take $40 from you if you don't continue shopping and then when you try to cancel you can't get any of that money back it'll only be on credits on the website that you're also going to have to pay more money for just to be able to use it. My order was delivered in 3 separate packages, some of it was wrong, and one of the packages was in limbo for 2 weeks. I canceled my VIP membership and no one gave a crap. I'm sorry I wasted so much time and money on this company, because no one cares about keeping customers and using good customer service.

I ordered clothes for one granddaughter around 12th of July. Tracking number just said it was en route to Texas. USPS said the order got lost. I chatted with customer service and finally after three weeks, I had to cancel the order and place a new one. They did give me some money back which was nice of them to do. Of course most of the clothes I first ordered were no longer available after almost a month. I placed the new order four days ago and was just given a FedEx tracking number. I tried tracking it and was told by FabKids chat person to give it 24 to 48 hours to be able to track it. I told them no matter who is the shipper, be it FedEx, UPS or Pitney Bowes, my order should be at my HOUSE by then. They ship out of Louisville, Ky. I live in Oklahoma. Every other company that I have ordered clothes from have had items arrive in less than a week, not a month!

The site is super easy to navigate to find items. I love that it updates the clothing options each month as well. However, I wish there was a differentiation between younger and older girl styles. I have two girls and they do not like to be dressed the same. So I find it difficult to get something for each of them.
