My issue with Fabkids is the difficulty using my credits. I do not want to have to call in to use the money that has been charged to me monthly and is my money. I will be calling in to discontinue with Fabkids.

The shoes are so cute and durable! After awhile of wear, the shoes wash up great and look new. I just throw them in the wash machine on light cycle.

The Clothes are adorable, they have a boutique feel to them. Not what you get at the typical store, love the uniqueness. Wish the customer service was easier to access. I sent an email and it was returned to me saying they no longer except emails even though it was an option on their website.

I have been in contact twice with customer service after my shipment came. 2 items were missing. I was told first they would be here the same week, Thursday. When I messaged again, I was told they were in transit and would have them that week. Its been 3 weeks and the items are still not here.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for my little looked really cute online, but after one wear they where scraped and the colors were really dull. Not what was advertised on the website. Then somehow WITHOUT my consent I was added to this VIP membership which they charged $39.95 a month. (Again I NEVER signed up for this and was NEVER told this would happen) After 2 months I called to cancel and was told that money was credited to my fab kids accounts, checked and had only 300 points, to get at the least $10 off I have to make a $150 purchase and have 2,000 points, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Called back again and didn't get and answer, called another couple times would talk to them and they would just hung up. Another month was charged (I was charged 3 times) I decided to call thru my husband's phone and was FINALLY able to cancel. I asked for my money back ( they stole $120 from me) just got hungged up on again. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Clothes is expensive and not great material, last maybe for one wash, you are better off buying clothes from target and old navy.

Buyer please refrain buying discounted items from this website. You will end up in trap loosing your valuable time and money. You will easily overlook the terms and condition and automatically enrolled for "VIP Membership" at a cost of $39.95 per month. If you cancel the membership, then you will prefer to loose forcefully deducted money rather buying craps at 4 to 5 times higher price than market value (Amazon or carters). This company operation should be banned in the United States! In this country, most of the retailers are known for their transparency in business, quality products and great customer service..

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
