One day, I purchase an item. They gave me two different sizes for the tights. One was a 6/6x and the other one was for a baby 2T. And my daughter cannot fit a 2T. But other than that everything is good my kids love the website.

I've been trying to cancel this service for over a year, i keep getting charged and so i wait to use the credits, but it turns out to be just as expensive and the quality is so terrible.

Unfortunately one of the shoes did not light up. My son loved the shoes, so we just took them as they were. I talked to customer service and since we were not returning the shoes (my son wore them the very next morning we received them and wouldn't take them off) the representative gave me 20% off my next item. I think that works for me.

The same thing that happened to Melissa of Sheffield, AL happened to me! Except she got helped I got told ~\•.•/~ I don't know what to tell you…. I didn't agree to pay EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN MONTH! I have four kids and lost my job and I still have to pay bills but from from a single paycheck! I really wish it was easier to maneuver! I love the products tho :/ just hate the fact that it had to be that way!

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
