I got four kids so shoes are always something needed as all kids go through the seasons and school and outgrow them. These shoes came quickly and were exactly as advertised. They fit great and were fun which is exactly what my child wanted.

The advertised discounts are tricky. The final straw was when I tried to look at what I could get with my points and it locked in a discount I couldn't even use. So I didn't get to pick out the item I wanted and the points were gone. So I canceled my subscription that day, tired of trying to figure it out.

I love the styles, an being a busy mom of 6 am taking care of my grandson plus my niece an 3 nephews.
Having the option to purchase outfits already paired together takes the guess work out of putting outslgiys together myself

I signed up because my daughter really needed some shoes, I sized up thankfully they fit. I cancelled before they came because I can't afford a monthly purchase or membership fees. I wish we could get these reasonable prices without all the hubub.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. There was a deal for VIP new order for the first pair of shoes being $10.49. My friend showed me that she got this offer and directed me to this site. When I signed up the only offer I got was a buy one get one free. This deal would have cost me more money than $10/shoe. I reached out to customer service and their excuse was that their system changes deals. How can my friend get the best deal but when I sign up the same day, live in the same town my "VIP deal" is worse.

Never received purchase. Once I contacted customer service they told me some of my items were sold out even though I received noticed that it was shipped. Horrible experience, my kids are now going without boots for the winter.

I have been a FabKids VIP for around 4 maybe 5 years. I have 2 little girls very close in age and my youngest is very tall so they have been in the same sizes since she was 18 months. It's important to me to have styles and things everyone else doesn't have! This is how I found FabKids and I fell in love immediately! No one else we knew bought from here and the clothes and shoes were always so cute and held up amazingly! I didn't mind paying a membership fee because of the quality, durability, and exclusive clothing.
Unfortunately starting in 2021 the styles of the clothes and outfits have really went down! The shoes are not as cute either! I've also had more than 5 items mainly shoes in all of my orders since 2021 break, tear and have to be thrown away and most were after 2 wears! I use to order every time I had a member credit, discount, coupon, points anything! I could always find something I thought we had to have! But recently I can't seem to find a thing! I've found myself with over $300.00 in member credits with nothing I like enough to purchase. I'm very disappointed! They have raised the price of VIP and that's fine everything in the world has gone up. I understand why and wouldn't complain. But rather the price increases or stays the same the styles of FabKids is just not what it use to be. It's not as cute, or up to date, not very stylish and has very little kid toddlerish look and feel to it now! It breaks my heart because FabKids was truely FABULOUS at on time! I miss the FabKids I knew and loved so much! I don't know what or who in the company changed but I pray it goes back to what it used to be! If not I know many of us will no longer be a VIP!
