Sizing was a little difficult with the boots. She's skinny and some fit too tight and others too loose around the leg. She's still not even completely into a seven yet. They're cute though

I ordered multiples pairs of shoes after signing up for the VIP. After a long wait for the shoes to ship. They were not moving from the location. Now it says they were missent and there has been no update further. Im frustrated that I have not received an update or a refund at this point

The shoes was not 5 dollars as advertised after still deciding to order i only received 2 pairs of shoes out of ordering 3 and they was in a bag not a box thrown in my yard no knock or letter to sign if I hadn't got home on time they would of been stolen I live in less just say the ghetto where ppl will steal your package I just know not to order again knowing I live in a crime raise spot of theft and I still are waiting on a pair the tan fox boots

I submit an exchange request for a size mixup. When I realized the replacement item wasn't the correct product I tried numerous times to contact through chat at phone with multiple disconnects or no response at all. I won't be ordering again after I use the money they refused to refund me.

They are super cute but I've ordered from them a few times and the items just don't seem to last. The clothes stretch at knees and elbows and start to fade but the second or third wash. The sizing is always off and the shoes and boots are always ripping warring and tearing after jsut a few weeks.
Thee customer service is very nice if you can actually get a hold of someone through email- over the phone is hard.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
