The boots I bought for my children started peeling after a couple times wearing them. They only wore them to school and didn't even do any outside play in them to cause this.
I bought 6 pairs of boots/shoes for my kids. The quality for the price is excellent. Shipping was fast and I was satisfied all except one pair of boots have no insert In the bottoms! I would just through in a old pair from another pair of boots but I don't have any that will fit the new larger sizes I got.

In the meantime, we offer hassle-free 60-day returns and exchanges for your convenience (excluding final sale items as per promo terms). We always encourage our members to send their items back if they're not happy with them. There should be instructions in the box, but you can also go to My Account-->Order History-->Return Item. You can return and exchange an item for a different color or size. If you are not satisfied with the style, you can also return an item for a store credit. The credit can generally be applied on a full-priced item; However, we occasionally have sales that allow using credit for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions for the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied. Or, if you'd prefer, I will be happy to further assist you in returning an item.

Rubber so soft that after two weeks of our kid wearing them the toes and heel were worn down to nothing and the sole was falling off. Packing tape has more durability than these shoes.

I loved my girls boots and my boys shoes prices are incredibly so affordable that I bought four for my two boys and two girls and was loving it to see them wearing matched shoes fast delivery without any issue at all. My children loved it and will definitely order more from fabkids

Product shipped damaged. Company wouldn't replace, only issue credit (no free shipping offered on ny next purchase or anything). This was my first time using them and it was terrible.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
